“Good Price, Convenient Public Transport”

We were at first put off by the fact that the hotel was in France and not actually in Geneva. But the alternate cost in Geneva for a party of three was more than double if not triple what we paid at the Citadines, so we decided to give it a try. We were very pleasantly surprised. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was quiet and peaceful and access to Geneva by public transport was excellent. The hotel breakfast was not worth the price but there is a supermarket nearby and our unit had cooking facilities complete with plates, pots, etc. Ideal for a family and a stay of more than a couple of days. There is a restaurant nearby too. I would definitely stay there again.

“A great place to stay”

It is a great place to stay when you cannot find an accomodation in Geneva. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. I stayed in a studio apartment and it was well equipped with the basics.

Room clean and well equiped. All staff that we had any dealings with were very pleasant, helpful and polite. Initially we had a little difficulty in finding the hotel.

located at a very quiet zone with some nice restaurants and supermarket, perfect to expend some days after a long trip, quiet and friendly, the hotel is perfect, free parking, nice internet, good tv, the bed could be better

“Nice, convenient, clean”

Close to airport and can reach by bus to WHO, ILO and Palais des Nations. Rooms are clean, but sofa doubles as bed, can be a bit uncomfortable. In summer the pool is a welcome place to cool off.

This hotel would be ideal for someone staying for a few days, or even longer. The facilities were very comprehensive, including a microwave,a dishwasher, hi fi and free broadband. The only slight negative was a whistling noise which came through the door on to the balcony when it was closed. I mentioned it to the front desk, and I would be surprised if it had not been fixed straight away. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. The building was a bit functional, but excellent value for money.

Excellent location - only a 5 minute walk to the bus stop (Brunette stop) where there is a regular bus service to the Palexpo Convention Centre (F,Y), Geneva Airport (Y), and Central Geneva (F). The staff were very cordial and helpful. Hotel room (studio) needed a facelift, but was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. It would be useful to have walking directions from the bus stop as it is in a quiet area and there may be be no-one around to give directions. Cheaper than staying in Geneva.

“Excellent low cost accommodation”

The location of the hotel couldn't be better. Close to the centre of the charming small town of Ferney Voltaire, ten minutes from Geneva airport, yet peaceful and quiet. My only complaint was a high pitched droning sound coming from a piece of equipment that was going all night. I didn't disturb me too much, but if I'd been there any longer I'd have had to locate it and get it fixed. I was in the main building, so this might not apply to the annex building. There is no night reception, so getting anything out of hours isn't possible. Breakfast is a bit spartan, but adequate. I would probably go out if I stayed another time, because the cafes in the town are open and probably serve a better selection.

I was over the expectations given the price paid. I will definitely go back. Civilized, clean, quiet, not far from Geneva and close to the airport.
