Good morning Velu, Thankyou for taking the time to write you review of Peninsula. We are very sorry you felt that the bed was not comfortable, we have advised the owner of the unit about your feed back and we will be replacing the mattress as a matter of urgency. With regards to the fans I did explain to you that the fans were installed the day prior to your arrival, and the holes have since been repaired. I do not understand your comment about the lounge though as no one has commented on this previously and to be honest the lounge is only 3 years old. Good afternoon Ryan, I am sorry you found the apartment was not clean, I find this very strange given that when you arrived and were shown to your apartment you commented on how beautiful the unit was. I just wonder if this review has anything to do do with us having to contact you late at night regarding a noise complaint by other guests. Good afternoon Grzegorz, As per our phone conversation this evening I am sorry you feel this way. As I explained, you booked your stay with us through an outside booking agent, you asked for a 3 bedroom apartment, so you were provided with a 3 bedroom apartment. I would like to ask you, if you don't book through us, how would I know what you were expecting? We have our way of doing things at Peninsula, and unfortunately because these do not suit you and Anna you chose to leave this type of review. We have walked people to their cars since we have started at Peninsula, we have offered to help carry luggage, we have walked guests to their room and showed them how our fob / security works and this has been a policy of Peninsula for the last 10 years that I know of, which most guests are grateful for. We like to explain to guests how things work. Unfortunately you are the first 2 guests who have ever had an issue with it. So my apologies that you did not enjoy your stay. Kind regards, Francine

Morning Chris, I expected that you would write a negative review, which did not reflect your over all stay had you also put in the details surrounding the plumbers fee. We had a guest phone us to say water was dripping out of her en suite bathroom,in the unit below. When we went to investigate you were on the balcony with family, and left small children in the bathroom without proper supervision, and flooded the bathroom. You can't expect not to get a bill for the damage caused. Regards Peninsula
