Fantastically friendly motelPosted Mar 25, 2012
Pros: How helpful the staff were.
Cons: Can get noisy from the bars across the road, but I didn't mind that and slept through it!
Location: Fantastic location in the heart of Airlee Beach's bars, opposite the Lido.
This was a great little motel after a few days on a boat trip, located in the heart of Airlee Beach. Staff were really friendly and helpful and the room, although basic, had everything I needed and was roomy enough.

Whitsunday on the Beach-Central, functional, cleanPosted Jan 16, 2012 on Hotels.com
Big rooms, dated decor, but clean, functional and very friendly staff. Centrally located right next to the outdoor (free) lagoon and on the main street. Would stay there again.

WhitSunday on the BeachPosted Jun 26, 2011 on Hotels.com
Sandy and Richard (the hosts)were very friendly, the cleaners were great and the rooms were very clean if not a bit old and dated. The location was very central, however the noise from the nightclub across the road was sometimes loud at 3.00pm in the morning. The price was ok for Airlie, however we then went to Surfers where we had a great room in the Grand Chancellor at a much higher standard for $5 a night less. However, if we stayed in Airlie again it is very convenient and clean for the age of the accommodation.

Whitsunday on the Beach, close to everythingPosted Mar 18, 2011 on Hotels.com
It was quiet, just through the gate to the lagoon, safe, secure, clean, supernice staff, big room, own fridge etc, access to laundry. Just a great place to stay.
