Dear Janet, I read your comments with a lot of attention. It is true that during your stay, we had some issues with our AC and once again I do apology for that. I confirm that a discount had been applied on your room rate as compensation. Now the person who did your check-out did a mistake and forgot to charge your last night; that’s our fault for sure and that night was charged separately. Sorry if we have not been clear enough in explanations. Please note that the maid service is done daily in all our 45 rooms. But when a guest place a “Do not disturb” sign on the door, of course we respect and do not go in. The service at reception is 24h/24h, I regret if you had to wait a couple of minutes for your key. I will tell the staff to be more reactive. In regards to our terrace, you are the first person saying such things. Our guests usually enjoy relaxing or reading on the sun beds, savor the great fruits, cheese and bread bought at the nearby market, relaxing after a long day exploring the city seeping a cool drink, watching the bees and butterflies on the lavender… unsophisticated, small and peaceful rooftop terrace.
