Good value overnight stay.
Overnight stay on the way to skiing. A problem with the reservation number was quickly solved using the available help phone number and the manager was extremely friendly and helpful.

The location was awful. Could not walk as it was surrounded by busy roads. The room was dingy and gloomy. The price for what was available was very expensive. Overall rating is appalling in all respects.

Disgusting. Room too small to open entrance door without hitting bed. Bathroom door didn’t close. Shower not connected to wall. Entrance door didn’t close properly do wind whistled through all night. Damp around door Final straw bed bugs. Don’t use. I have used many premiere classes hotels and yes they are basic BUT this was the worst by far. And don’t even bother with breakfast. Nothing was fresh

Better than average with good staff
Usual for this type of hotel, right in an Industrial estate, looking a bit faded, I think this is one of the Older ones in this chain. Reception staff very friendly and efficient, one of our group has mobility issues and he gave us a ground floor room immediately when we mentioned it. There is a very nice restaurant at the Hotel Campanile next door with good staff and very reasonable prices. All in all one of the better Premiere Classe hotels.

Poor review
Probably the worst hotel I have stayed in. One saving grace was polite receptionist. Room not clean - cigarette holes in duvet, dirt under bunk bed, door grimy, and room very small with no rubbish bin. The bunk bed was actually dangerous with the safety rail hanging off main bed frame and held loosely by one ill fitting screw. Awful.

nobody should stay here
We just wanted an inexpensive overnight e to and were not expecting much, bot we got even less than expected. Check in is done via machine, so no chance to look at the room before committing. The bathroom was the size of an airplane bathroom if you added a shower 18 inches deep on the side. The room was so tiny there was less than a foot between the end of the bed and the wall. Had to sit on the bed because there were no chairs. The bed had metal rods that made it uncomfortable and the pillows were about as thick as a cheap towel. The floor hadn't been swept recently and there left on the roll.was no spare roll of toilet paper even though there were only 2sheets of tp

An old style Premiere Classe hotel - shabby but cheap and convenient. A bed to rest your head!

Premiere Classe Hotel Chambery near junction 14
A perfect stopover hotel. The reception is open to 9pm and the receptionist was very helpful. The reception area doubled as a breakfast room which had a varied menu and was on an eat as much as you like basis. I liked the clean green surroundings even though it is on an industrial estate at a motorway junction. The 15% discount at the neighbouring Hotel Campanile meant a convenient, reasonably priced quality evening meal was available. The room was off a corridor balcony up outside stairs which I thought was a nice design. The single beds were very comfortable. Just the bolt on factory produced triangular bathroom was not very much to my liking. The lack of soundproofing and the shower causing the whole bathroom floor to become wet being the fault of this type of hotel room. But then one must pay more and go up a grade to get a builder built rectangular bathroom.

Très déçu. Dans les lits il y avait des cheveux beurk.. Pas de rideau de douche. Sol sale derrière toilette et sous le lit. Nous étions 3 le 1er jour 3 serviettes et les suivants plus que 2. Sauf qu'on arrivait tard le soir donc on se débrouillait. Petit déjeuner : qualité convenable mais il manquait toujours quelque chose s'était fatiguant. Le dernier jour après 10 min d'attente et un café froid j'ai fini par aller me servir moi même dans la cuisine. Très déçu je n'y retournerai plus.
