"The Ritz-Carlton, Tokyo"
My job requires that I travel and I enjoy it! Top notch hotel with great amenities and views - like all other reviews state. PROS Top floors of Tokyo's tallest building. I wasn't facing Tokyo tower nor Mt Fuji but had great city views Large rooms with very large bathrooms. Toto bidet, multiple sinks, separate shower.

"Nice hotel, great views, close to public transit"
We stayed for 10 nights and it was our base for exploring Tokyo and the surrounding areas. We had a room on the 14th floor (out of 17) so the view was incredible, although we were facing the city more than the imperial garden. The rooms don't start until floor 7- it is banquet halls and other things below that - so I'm sure most rooms on lower floors would have a good view too. The room was definitely on the small side, but we were perfectly comfortable. At home we sleep in a full sized bed, and I would say the bed in our room was a little smaller than that, so if you are used to a queen or king you might feel a bit cramped. Also, the mattress felt strangely hard and springy at first, and I thought it would be difficult to sleep on since I prefer a softer mattress, but it actually was quite comfortable, especially after getting used to it for the first couple nights - maybe this is just the kind of mattress they have in Japan? The location could be more central to the downtown areas, but it is only 2 blocks from Hanzomon station and perhaps a 10 minute walk to another station (Nagatocho, I think). There were plenty of places to eat within walking distance of the hotel, too (we really liked a nearby noodle shop called Ibuki). The staff was very friendly and helpful, though their English was somewhat limited. We enjoyed our stay - no complaints!

"Nice area with a subway station across the road"
After reading both positive and negative reviews on this hotel I made the decision to book a 9 night stay. First impressions were that the hotel was on a quiet street with nearby convenience stores, cafes/restaurants and the bonus of a subway station across the street. Staff were very helpful storing bags due to our early morning arrival. Checking in an hour ahead of the advertised time we found that the room was small and the beds were firm, but we never struggled to fall asleep and never wished that we had stayed elsewhere. I don't think I would want to consider another hotel in Tokyo after this experience. It was a wonderful place to stay. We accessed all of the usual sights of Tokyo and some other out of the way parts of the city from the adjacent Hanzomon Station (Exit 5).

Great location with subway station 5 minutes walk in distance and a convenient part of the city. Room was a bit small but typical in Tokyo and great value for the price range. Hotel staffs are friendly and tried their best to help with anything although some limitations with English. Lots of restaurants are located couple blocks away.

"Better than expected stay"
Attentive staffs. No major issues found. Arrived very late at night but the front desk quickly check me in. Very tired at that time but recall have to manually write name, addresses, email etc. by hand. Happy to see my no-smoking room smoke free. The room is equipped with small refrigerator, gas stove and microwave. Some pots and pans, plates, utensils are available. The toilet is fitted with Toto washlet which works well. The labels are all in Japanese but you can guess the function by looking at the pictogram. I don't think they have water shortage as both shower and toilet are not water saver models. I don't see bath vent inside the shower stall. I just leave the bathroom door ajar to vent the moisture. They clean the room twice during my 6 days stay. They clearly indicated this fact with a note and I know about this ahead of time by reading other people's comment. I have no problems with this but if you want clean new bath towels every day might have objections.

"Clean hotel with bfast near metro"
Stayed in Centurion Residential for 5 nights. Staff were very helpful and accomodating. Room was spacious, new and clean. It has a stove, a washer and complete toiletries. TV was huge and aircon was cold. Room came with breakfast buffet. Lots of good restaurants around, a favorite was Ittou-yu Ramen just at the back if the hotel. Several convenience stores, a McDonalds and a big BIC Camera store are near by. 2 major lines of the metro (train stations) are a short walk away. Airport limo drop off and pick up at a nearby hotel. We would definitely stay there again when in Tokyo.

Posh hotels and a good selection of mid-range restaurants can be found in this area bordering Ginza’s northwest side. Sights in themselves, hotels include the New Otani complex, featuring a garden that was once owned by a Tokugawa regent, and ANA Hotel Tokyo, which has skyline views rivaling those of Tokyo Tower.
