Reserved and paid for a king room. When I get there I’m told they only have a double bed. Not even queen. Not what I paid for or needed. I would not go back

Extremely rundown. After a major renovation it would be nice thought. The suites are spacious, would provide a pleasant stay, but the current conditions...ahhh...At least the price is very fair. (and reflects the conditions at the hotel as well).

We didn’t check in, because we couldn’t. The office was closed when we arrived at 9 pm. We waited in the dark and cold for a full hour, no one showed up or answered any calls. We were left with no place to go!! Talked to a couple of guests at the property. None of them appear happy. They described the place as “backward”, “don’t care”.

Older apartment building relabled hotel. Full standard kitchen but no pans, dishes or silverware. I would stay here again and bring my own things for the kitchen.

definitely an uncomfortable stay, can’t sleep on the beds because there’s wrappers and trash in the blankets from previous guests. the carpets are caked in dirt and smoke that will ruin your socks and even your shoes. this was the only option we had and it still cost us $180 to stay in a place that is worse than just sleeping on the sidewalk. my skin is crawling just being in here at all.

Spacious and Awesome Location
I originally only was booked for one night. However, after the first night I realized for the price this was the best place to be. My "room" was really a one bedroom apartment. Is it included a full kitchen full size appliances a table to sit and eat at in the kitchen a couch another couch that was sold out in the living room area and two double beds in the bedroom. I couldn't ask for a nicer staff anywhere and I enjoyed my stay. Furthermore, the location can't be beat. Mall across the street, target, Kohl's, and a ton of stores and restaurants all in walking distance. I will definitely stay here again.

Nightmare hotel
We got there at 3:00 p.m. and they told us they were no more rooms available when we already booked it ahead of time like 2 months ago and then I get there and then she had to call the the manager and she acted very rude and we had to get set to go to our concert and I'll have it ready when we leave well when would I leave and go back to the hotel they canceled our reservation and I called the property manager and she suggested I find another room don't bother to go with this hotel don't waste your time and go through the hassle like we did she was too much worried about getting her car fixed she had to go back and get the keys to get in the office and then I had to ask the manager if they could call her when we were on our way back to the hotel and she said well she's not answering so basically I had to call hotel.com and tell them our situation so what they did is they made up for what happened and got us two nights at the Best Western reserve if it wasn't for them our vacation would been totally disaster we didn't know where we were going to stay we were very stressed out

The room was absolutely filthy when we got there I had management come up and I had to clean the toilet had dried urine ,,pubic hairs and the floor had mold on it absolutely disgusting.. The couch was broken down and the curtain rod was held up by black electrical tape the kitchen table was sticky and disgusting

While this hotel has seen its better days, everything that I needed to make my stay work was available. I needed to arrive late into the night so the owner did a pre-check in for me and even answered her phone after I arrived and needed help. The staff was wonderful! Easy access on and off the hwy.

Poor quality
The receptionist was was extremely rude and not helpful during check in. Our room door would not lock so we had to get the receptionist to try and figure out why it wasn’t locking. After slamming the door multiple times it didn’t lock and she just gave up and left. She slammed the door so many times that the people above us started yelling at us and we had to explain that it was the receptionist who was slamming the door. We had to put a wood block behind our door so no one would be able to open it. Poor quality hotel.

Poor customer service. Unprofessional. Clean, but extremely old - 1970's tile and carpet! Cigarette burns on the bathroom vanity. One set of towels that were the cheapest possible - super thin. Would not stop here again or recommend to anyone.

I can not begin to tell everyone how FILTHY this place is. My husband and I checked in and as soon as we opened the door it smelled like cat urine. Upon inspection of the rooms they were beyond filthy. Smelled like smoke pets and down right mold. I asked the desk what happened and why is was so filthy and they stated the woman who stayed there for the past 7 mo had cats and they could not get the smell out. I then asked them why they thought it was ok to have others stay and no response. We had no choice to stay due to the FHOF weekend and everything was booked. They refused a refund or partial. DO NOT STAY HERE IT IS A NASTY MESS!

Worst Experience Ever
This was the worst experience of my life. This should not be listed as a hotel. The place was not clean. There were cigarettes ashes in the bedroom not cleaned. The TV did not work and their were also ants crawling on the top of the hot tub. I checked out a day early and wanted my money back. The person at the front desk told me I needed to call the manager. I called the manager number she gave me 3x and no response.

Good hotel, nice location just off the highway.The rooms are big, with an attached kitchenette and a small dining table, with a microwave and a fridge, just perfect to have a dinner or lunch. The bed was comfortable. We had a good stay.

Amazing Hotel!
Absolute great place to stay! My new favorite!!!! Its PERFECT for families especially traveling with kids it was like a small apartment and it had EVERYTHING we could possibly need. Would HIGHLY reccomend

The inside of the room's have been neglected and needs a lot of updating. Thermostat coming off wall, carpet looks dirty, no drapes on windows, sink drain smelled like dead fish, refrigerator was not working properly, etc.

Like a little apartment.
I got the room that slept 3 adults comfortably. Which meant I got a suite with a living room area, a kitchen, and a bedroom with two full size beds. The "3rd bed" was a sofa bed. The room were hugh. The room smelled clean when i opened the door. Not the most up to date TV or Living room furniture but it was well kept. Refrigerator was cold and in perfect working order. I didn't use the stove or microwave. The kitchen also came with pots pans and dishes with silverware. Bathroom was clean, but the tub with shower was a little narrow. I kept having to work around the shower curtain when the shower was on.. I couldn't get the AC to work, but the nights were cool so i just opened the window in the bedroom and living room. The cross breeze was great. Plenty of closet space. Wifi was adequate. Check in and check out were a breeze.

Easy access to freeway- and even though close did not hear much freeway noise at all. The place was clean and condition was certainly acceptable. Curtains could us an upgrade and a bit larger to cover windows better to block street lights etc. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Will stay again when in the area.

Large, Retro, Hidden Accommodation
Being an extended stay place, it was quite large -- separate, large living room (with TV, sofa, swivel chairs), a separate kitchen (stove, frig, microwave, table/chairs), updated bathroom, large bedroom with 2 double beds. It is an older place -- retro design comes to mind. Was a little difficult to find -- navigation said to turn right, but didn't see any signs for "Magnuson". Drove around block to try again & turned into what looked like the back entrance to a mall. Drove past a place with with a sign that read "America's Best Value Inn" -- nope doesn't say Magnuson. Stopped anyway because I saw a mailbox where I was told my key would be after office hours -- was the right place, but no sign on the street & unusual entrance made it a challenge to find.

No frills but fine apartment/hotel
The rooms are like small apartments. My husband just needed a place to stay for the night and so it was fine for that purpose. Nothing fancy but it was fine. He found the hotel via gps but was confused because there is a sign nearby with the name of a different hotel.
