The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in as far as room condition. Funky smell coming from the AC unit, stains on the chair, unknown liquid stain on the table, patched up shower wall, and the list goes on. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Staff was super friendly :-) we did find a dead stink bug on the floor in the bathroom and our lights didn’t work properly. We had to unscrew the lightbulb in the ceiling in order to shut it off. It was also pretty warm in the room and we had to turn the AC on, and it was only 40° outside… But our day was still fine :-) for the price. I probably would not go back though…

The hallway smelled like dirty diaper wrapped in burning hair, a few dry bagels, a couple yogurts, and dry cereal and community milk for breakfast. Regardless of the do not disturb sign, house keeping barged into my room without knocking, usually two or more maids per room laughing talking and using foul language. I could write volumes about why you should not stay at this property.

The staff was very friendly and nice! The room was clean but old. It had a funny smell and when the shower was turned on, the entire bathroom got sprayed due to the curtain not closing. The smoking area is right in front of the main door so you have to walk past that. It was a little pricey for what it was.

It was quiet and dark enough with a good bath, adequate towels and good water pressure. It was advertised as a non-smoking room but it was obviously smoke infused. Staff was friendly and helpful.

This experience was absolutely awful. The hotel itself was filthy coming in- and that was before we even got to our room. We had to switch rooms multiple times because none of them had been cleaned. There were brown stains on the curtains, hair in the tub and bathroom sink, and stains in the sheets and pillowcases. All of the rooms that they moved us to honestly did not look like they’ve been cleaned once. The bed frame was also broken and caused the mattress to sink to the floor. I’ve never been to a hotel that made me feel this dirty. So frustrated and disappointed with this hotel.

checking in and checking out was an absolute disaster. had to put a deposit down even though the room was paid for in advance. was treated like a criminal. good thing an IHOP was close because breakfast was noting more than yogurt on a waffle. had to wait for housekeeping to verify the room was not destroyed upon check out. will never stay at a Quality in again.

The room was very old and there was cigarettes holes in the blankets. this is a not smoking room, so why are their holes? The air conditioner was dirty and looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. It looks like homeless people live in this place. The Fire alarm went off, and I was told it was the jacuzzi. The Breakfast they had every morning was a joke. I came from out of town for a wedding and my stay here was not comfortable. This place also has roaches.

I chose the hotel because the description said a breakfast was included. When we travel, we like to count on having a decent cup of coffee first thing in the morning. That didn't happen at the Quality Inn. We came down the first morning and saw that the coffee machine was broken. In it's place was a small coffee pod maker similar to what was in our room (not good coffee). I took a bagel but didn't see any butter or cream cheese. I inquired at the front desk and was told that they were out of butter, it was ordered and they'd have it in 2 days. (There was a Walmart in the next parking lot.) The microwave in the breakfast area was filthy inside--no excuse for that. On subsequent mornings it was apparent that the staff did not tidy up the breakfast area during the 3 hours slot that it was available. Cereal was spilled on the counter and used cups from the waffle maker were also on the counter. The pillows in the room were comfortable, but the mattress was worn. There was also a very strong, musty odor in the room. It didn't look like the filter in the cooling/heating unit had been cleaned. The bathroom was clean and partially remodeled. Obviously the owner/manager dropped the ball here with a timely order for breakfast items and a replacement coffee machine.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed here
Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. First room, the lights did not work. Second room the bedspread had cigarette holes in it. One light was missing out of a lamp which was a shock hazard. Second day housekeeping, left towels on an unmade bed. lightbulb was replaced per request on second day. Supposedly breakfast was available but the car for maker was broken, no butter for waffles and no bread for the toaster.

Not being mean when i say its a little outdated but we had a really relaxing and comfortable stay. For what we paid it was awesome. Overpaid at other big hotels to just want to leave that night but we were very happy. Thank you.

This has got to be the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. From the smell of smoke in my towels in which I’m allergic to. To the roaches that I have to go and buy roach spray for. The boogers on the walls the broken elevator , caused me to have to take to flex of stairs with my health condition. Overall, this is by far the worst hotel and the most dirtiest. I recommend that you find a new staff as well as turn it into a non-smoking hotel, or advertise it as a hotel for the homeless because it looks like there’s nothing but a bunch of homeless people in there destroying this property.

Definitely needs an upgrade/update. Bathroom had no hooks to place bathroom towels on. The shelves in the bathroom were dusty meaning the staff is putting clean towels in top of dust. Shower and parts of bathroom (mirror, walls) had chips out of them. But overall, the stay was pleasant and quiet. Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was waffles, fruit, muffins, bagels and yogurt. Please tho, put a "out of stock" sign on items that you do not have as I was looking forward to the infused water come to fine out it was plain water and that you were out of the infused.

I thought this hotel would be cleaner, our room had a dirty microwave, the tile in the bathroom was dirty ,, toilet sits too low especially for our special needs daughter. Tv was tiny. Very disappointing. I was also told breakfast was hot, sausage/eggs but it was not, only bagels and waffles.. which orange juice was spoiled , Not sure I willl stay again.
