Quiet and clean - pool and whirlpool are clean but dated and tile around pool is not texturized so it is dangerous when wet. Fun evening activities in the lobby like puzzles, pool table, and wooden connect four. Brekfast is not included and on site pay breakfast is very overpriced. In room coffee only that was weak at best w

GREAT HOTEL
The hotel itself is great. The rooms were spotless. The lobby was beautiful and one of the best around for families. LeAnn at the front desk was very kind and helpful. My only complaint has nothing to do with the hotel. The children in the hot tub were not being supervised by parents. I only come for the hot tub and bad parents ruined this stay. I just wish that security would make sure these unruly kids are not ruining a stay for others. Teens were just rude and stayed in the hot tub so long. Young kids should not be in this hot tub so long anyway. Toddlers were coming and going. If a parent was with them they were at a table talking and not watching their kids.The same kids kept taking towel after towel. Teens were laying in the hallway blocking the hall and did not move. They were ridiculous. LACK OF PARENTING AND DISRESPECTFUL KIDS ARE THE ONLY PROBLEM ON BUSY DAYS. Great hotel!

The didn't have trash bags in the trash cans or trash bags in the one trash can that was in the room, the heat didn't work, the bathroom door was broken and also the pull out bed the mattress was very dirty looking

Nice stay
The lady at the front desk was so nice, helpful, and friendly! The pool was nice. Room was good except we found a used Kleenex in a drawer which kind of put a dirty feel to the whole room then. I wish there was a better breakfast option.

Great stay
The stay was excellent. Like many hotels now, they do not clean up room unless you ask them to at the front desk. Which is absolutely fine because the front desk was amazing! Very helpful anytime we needed sheets changed, coffee, or more towels. Very convenient, near everything including belden village mall and hall of fame. Love the big screen t.v. in the room as well( smart tv)

Great place to stay as you have everything around you to shop/eat Only complaint was the AC was loud when sleeping- and no free breakfast- had to pay and even that was not the greatest. Should have went out for breakfast and got my own.

We recently stayed here for a championship baseball tournament. The staff was friendly and helpful and the lobby area has plenty of hands on activities for kids. The pool area was very small and poorly designed. Anytime someone would jump in pool, there would be a large puddle of water on the edge of pool. This quickly became a safety concern for slipping. The pool area was also very loud and echoed. There need to be an outdoor pool area, too. The elevator was very narrow and difficult to bring luggage and guests on. Our stay overall was great with these exceptions.

I loved the breakfast offered and the hours. 7 to 11! Stayed here many times. Fees too high but its everywhere. Hard to get an accessible room .. even when called ahead. But i will still stay here.
