Well below expectations for a Hilton owned hotel
We booked the room through Hotels.com, had a confirmation number from one week prior in which it did not appear on their system. They did see that I had the email, so they gave us a room. We entered the room, discovered that the TV was on, the remote for the TV was on the bed, the bed looked like someone had been in the room and was lounging there. The garbage was filled. We immediately went back to the front desk, sent them pictures of what we observed and then they gave use a different room. The bed was not comfortable, certainly not what I have experienced at other Hamptons. The breakfast was ok. There was a large garbage that was directly next to where all the food was so that was not very good. The woman who was preparing the food was barking orders at the guests, not very friendly at all. I would consider other places around this hotel first before I would return.

Staff was friendly and service was great. Hotel was clean. The only issue was the shower. Water was like warm and the faucet wasn’t working properly so half the water came out the faucet and half came out of the shower head, the water pressure was very low because of this.

Dirty, food under bed when check in. Lamps had dust all over . Mold was on the bathroom title and the chairs had stains. I will never stat here again .

On the surface, this property should have been fine. But there are signs that the owners aren’t maintaining the property. We booked here because it is a name brand of Hilton, so we assumed to be of a certain standard. But, clearly Hilton isn’t paying attention to this property. The water temp in the bathroom shower and sink is cool at best (my suspicion is to make guests take very quick showers), the water drains very slowly from the tub so clearly problems in the plumbing. The electric outlets by the bed don’t work. It is like the property was built right and then sold to another franchisee who hasn’t maintained it and is just letting things go.

Nice, seemingly remodeled hotel with a fresh feel.The beds were comfy, it was quiet and the staff had no problem letting us check in a little early. Woild stay here again.

Lots of conveniences nearby-shopping, restaurants etc. Rooms were a little worn. We had a handicapped accessible room/bath and the handheld shower head was loose and wouldn’t stay in place when not being held. The seat in the shower had sharp edges when up and when down made the space cramped. The internet was sluggish and intermittently just shut off.
