Our only issue was parking and entering the building. Terrible rain and wind no parking available near usable doors. Nearly fell to strong winds. They can’t control the weather but they could have allowed those doors to work.

I live in Akron just wanted to stay somewhere for the night for Valentine’s day and it was very nice and relaxing! All the staff was friendly and so nice and helpful! Will definitely stay here again!!

The shuttle service at 10:30 pm was greatly appreciated. Front desk area were warm and inviting, offering cookies and fresh fruit. Room was clean and very nice. Water pressure in the shower was fantastic!!

Had to leave a day early and was not reimbursed for that 2nd day. No shampoo or conditioner in the shower. Told the concierge that I had to leave and left very early in the morning -- was under the impression that I was going to be credited for the 2nd day.

There was a mouse run in down the hallway on the 3rd floor. It ducked into a room as soon as I walked towards it. We were only left with 1 1/3 rolls of toilet paper, and there was only a few tissues in each tissue box. No one came on the second day to clean the room or bring towels. Last but not least the cappuccino machine blew out steamed milk everywhere but in the actual coffee cup.

Nice hotel. It was clean and seemed well maintained. Beds were pretty comfy but are on the more firm side, so take that as you will. Pillows were awful but that’s pretty normal for most hotels. Small pool and hot tub was perfect for the kids. Breakfast was available but cost extra.

Everything looks nice, the rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. Also if you decide to grab something to eat here, the food's pretty good. Definitely would stay at this hotel again if I'm in the area.

This was a very clean and safe property. We visited the Pro football hall of fame which is only a 10 minute drive. The front desk assistants made everything very simple and easy. Check in took 1-2 minutes and checking out was even less. If I’m ever in the Canton area again, this will be my go-to!

I love the friendliness of the staff. One staff member in particular, Dave, was fantastic. He picked us up at the airport and was very friendly. We could tell he enjoyed what he was doing. The second night we were there, we were sitting in the lobby relaxing and he served us cookies. He actually brought the tray over to us and asked us if we wanted cookies. It was a unique touch. Next time we are in the area, we will DEFINITELY stay there!
