“The Most Comfortable Bed Ever”

I travel quite a bit and I have to say this was the most comfortable clean fresh bed I have ever slept in. The sheets were crisp and smelled like lilacs. It was a pleasure to spend a weekend there. I would highly recommend it!!

“great hotel”

This hotel room was sparkly clean. Really odd but nice stainless steel pool and spa. Great exercise room. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nothing went wrong the whole time I was there.

“Excellent Service”

This was our second stay at the McKinley and the service was just as wonderful this time as it was the last time. When we asked the maid service to come back in 30 minutes, they did. Also, the restaurant was closed but due to a private wedding going on and the extra noise in the bar area, they opened the restaurant for us to dine in....remarkable!

“Very relaxing”

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the McKinley Grand Hotel in Canton Ohio. Our room was clean, especially the bathroom and the sheets were crisp and white. The bed was very comfortable. The front desk was very helpful. I'd stay there again if in the area.

“Fantastic Rooms”

Our room at the McKinley Grand was great, the bed was possibly the most comfy bed i've ever slept in. i would recommend it to others.

“Helped make a canceled flight nightmare much much better!”

Nice staff! Shuttle from CAK was great. Delta canceled my flight and I was stuck. Went online and made my reservation, called and the van was there in 5. I was so irritated regarding the flights, that I didn't care where I stayed. However - this hotel is a fun little gem in downtown Canton. I was so surprised. The bed was SUPER comfy, wireless in the room, just great. Only complaint - the curtains didn't close all the way.

“I loved it!”

I was traveling alone because of a family emergency. They absolutely looked after me. The doorman walked me to my car upon departure because it was early and still dark. I will stay again when I'm in the area.

“Pleasantly Surpised!!!”

This hotel was old..but kept up very nicely. It had the feel of "Old America", but very much in the now. The car museum in the hotel is amazing-and the food in the lounge was quite good. I would totally recommend this hotel.

“Changed Opinion about Canton, OH”

I was reluctant when the President of our company approached me last week for recommendations concerning this hotel and the City of Canton as a travel destination from Washington DC with his grandchildren. I lived in Ohio 41 years before moving to the DC area this past winter. Canton doesn't pop into anyone's mind as a "fun place". I was wrong and my employer and his family enjoyed the city and this hotel without hesitations. From the moment the valets approached the car until the family drove out of the driveway for the trip home, the hotel and staff were great!
