Everything about the Hotel was great except for two things. There was no fridge of microwave in our room. And the Breakfast although it was continental, was not kid friendly. Most hotels that serve continental breakfast have a waffle maker and more kid friendly variety cereals. These are the only two things i would change about this hotel.

Nice hotel ,close to stores,clean and comfortable

Pros: The staff were very friendly and we felt at home.The room was comfortable and not overpriced.
Cons: The continental breakfast could have a little more selection.
We were in the area for a wedding and to visit family.We enjoyed the friendly staff and the 3 day stay was a good experience.

Big disappointment

The bed was small and lumpy. The only furniture was a straight back chair. I will not stay in a Microtel again.

All of our rooms have queen size beds with feather bed toppers. The chair in the room is the desk chair. We are sorry you had a less than happy experience. Please give us another try. We do have Suites which have a sofa .

Great friendly staff at the front desk. Efficient check-in. Room cramped. Beds not comfortable. Wifi works and is fine. Old TV. Very mediocre breakfast. Bad coffee.

Nice rooms, breakfast was average, pool was fairly warm. We were unable to access the hotel wi-fi in either of our rooms, reported to staff who said they would look into it. My only complaint was that we reserved 2 rooms and we were assigned rooms that were at opposite ends of the hotel, which was inconvenient. Nice neighborhood with lots of restaurants to choose from.

The first time I stayed at this hotel, I was welcomed. They do what they can to make your stay a good one. I believe I have come to this hotel once a year for business for the last 5-6 years. I have told many people who also come to the business meeting and have also stayed at this hotel. Game plan, I'll be back next year.

We were tired and went to website to look and book . Front desk night lady was real nice. But room 202 was bad. Floor tile in bathroom broken and dangerous to step on plus shower water too hot no cold at all. No coffee brew basket-not my nite :(
