It is a motel , anybody from outside can come to your room. Reception is very small. Big stores Wallmart , Steples & restaurants very close. It is accepted for one day trip.

Comfortable clean motel with very few extras

Posted Sep 2, 2014
Pros: see above
Cons: add basic things such as coffee maker, hair drier, microwave or tea kettle. a cup of tea, etc at night would be nice without going to office for water
Location: Very nice surroundings and available restaurants and shopping
Enjoyed our stay 2/3 nights booked. Invited on third night to stay with relatives so did not use the 3rd night for which we paid. bed were very comfortable. A few more in-room ammenities would have been nice: coffee pot, microwave, hair-drier, etc. We would appreciate having these extra things which are standard most places. May book again next year, but will contact you re additional ammenities. Had very nice weekend with only 15 min drive to convention.

Red Roof

Posted Jul 20, 2014
It was ok for what I needed it for. I was suppose to have a non smoking room; but the room smelled like smoke. Easy to get to and the customer service was good.

Perfectly adequate

Posted Jun 23, 2014
Pros: Next door to Walmart but not bothered by any noise. Room temp was good, beds comfortable.
Cons: Add some amenities (tissues, coffee maker at least)--for the charges they can certainly afford it.
Location: Good location, close to interstate, many restaurants nearby, several within walking distance. About eight miles from downtown Akron.
This was an older motel, but they have updated it a little. The room was very small, overall clean but the bed covers were soiled. There was no coffee maker, tissues (really?), no hairdryer, or refrigerator. No breakfast--not even continental, but free (weak) coffee in the lobby. When we asked about a coffee maker we were told those came with "premium" rooms. Our room wasn't cheap--over $100 with tax. We've stayed in nicer motels with larger rooms, more amenities, and full breakfast for less.

All good, neighborhood a little dodgy

Good value, price, the neighborhood had me a little worried about leaving things in my car.

Dirty room

Posted Jun 9, 2014
Pros: Room was decorated nicely.
Cons: Cleanliness
Location: Convention
Supervisor was unfriendly at front desk. Floor blackened your feet to talk across it in bare feet. Tub had hairs, used soap and a twist tie in it. A note was left for housekeeping- nothing was done about it. Supervisor at front desk was very unfriendly.
