Checking in went quickly and smoothly. What we immediately noticed when we got to our room was the smell. It smelled stale and like it had been a smokers room. Everything else about the room was very nice; spacious, clean and comfortable.

The property is very convenient location near the turnpike. There are many department stores and restaurants nearby. The property in general and the room specifically were clean and well cared equipped

The staff was very friendly. making it a great stay over all. However, the bed was very light, it lifted up when I laid at the foot to watch TV and the pillows were way too soft, making it uncomfortable. The room was very clean and nicely arranged.

When we entered our room it smelled of smoke. The mattress was significantly smaller than box spring, cable jack was hanging out of the wall and not working. All drawers and cabinets were opened as was the sofa bed. We called front desk. Response was, I'm sorry. Someone forgot to finish. No remedy offered.

Our Twins festival trip
The only negative I have is that we couldn’t get in when we first arrived. We were tired because we had flew in on a red eye flight. It wasn’t their fault, there was so much going on that weekend. The room was better than we had hoped. We would definitely stay there again.

This was truly a pet friendly place! They had door signs and waste bags to help guests with their pets. Not only that, but EVERY single staff member was so friendly and kind! From check-in to greetings from housekeeping, to the amazing breakfrast room, we felt very welcomed (along with our small pups). We chose to stay there again on our way back through Ohio because of this. I hope that corporate values their employees in Streetsboro, because they deserve to be commended.

This Room was a wreck…opened up “single not double” couch to find mattress covered in food particles and possibly bug feces, all TV’s broken, cabinet doors broken, linens not exchanged ( not fresh with noted hairs on them)…rugs worn and torn. We were treated respectfully by Person at front desk, and she cancelled our reservation!

This was a great hotel option right off of I 80. Dog fees were very reasonable. Staff was friendly and efficient. Room with spacious and comfortable. I will definitely stay again.

I like the set up of the rooms with the little couch and you can stream from your streaming services. The pillows and cushions on the little couch are stained and dirty. The person checking me in did not have very good customer service skills as he made a mistake in charging me and flew into a rant about 3 parties, when my main concern was me being charged twice for my room! This hotel is very convenient to the turnpike and has a full kitchen which is very good for me. I can bring my own food and prepare it there.

Our room was clean and nicely furnished. Our only problem was that the bed was much too hard for our liking! We were impressed with the breakfast options. Something for everyone even several gluten free options for my granddaughter who has celiac disease. I really enjoyed the quiche! The location is excellent, right near the Interstate with many nearby restaurants.

The staff at the property was very attentiveajd helpful during my stay. The property cpuld use a few small renovations like a larger televison. There was als a weird burning smell in the hall throughout my stay. On the second day ofy stay accordoing to the nightanager the entire system shut down causing the fire alarm to go off , my card keys also was constantly having to be reset as wellas it didn't allow me to enter the door closes to my room (2bdrmsuite). Overall i would consider staying here again depending on what was available in the area.

Wonderful place for extended stay. Very clean, great amenities. Most of all I liked daily housekeeping and hot breakfast, and that is in an extended stay hotel!

They Knew There Was a Problem With the Room
I had trouble with the television so I called the front desk for help. The clerk told me that there were problems with the tv in that room and nothing could be done. I would have appreciated being offered another room when I checked in or at least being told of the problem ahead of time. I wonder if I was given the bad room because I booked through Hotels.com?

Excellent Homey Comfort at a Bargain
Excellent. The staff were helpful. The cleaning lady offered to help me with my luggage when I was checking out. The only thing missing was the highchair. Please have it available. It’s hard to feed a baby that’s 6 months -18 months without it.
