“For the price you pay I was not impressed”

Customer service was lacking on all fronts. There was a very disorderly group (about 20 people) surrounding the pool area; they were very loud most of the night. It was clear they had been drinking and had liquor around the pool area as well. The fitness center is advertised to be much nicer than it was; they only had two treadmills and an elliptical machine. The stairwells were filthy.
