"I recently stayed at the Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya Resort & Spa and despite the ongoing renovation, I found it to be a beautiful and enjoyable experience. The resort offers a plethora of amenities, including relaxing massages, a lazy river perfect for unwinding, and an excellent gym for fitness enthusiasts. One of the standout aspects of my stay was the friendliness of the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure that guests felt welcomed and taken care of. In particular, I had the pleasure of interacting with Diana, the guest service lady, who provided exceptional service throughout my stay. Diana not only assisted me with arranging a refund for a canceled excursion but also consistently checked on the status of our stay to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Her willingness to assist with any request made our experience truly memorable. Overall, despite the ongoing renovations, the Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya Resort & Spa offers a fantastic getaway experience with top-notch amenities and exceptional service from the staff, especially from individuals like Diana. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation in Riviera Maya."

"The condo was great! Adequate supplies for cooking in the kitchen, and a little market just down the street. Beds were comfortable and the cleaning service was top-notch. Air conditioning in every room. The beach was lovely and the snorkeling right outside our door was amazing! There wasn't anyone ever available in the office to call a cab or help with golf cart rental, which was a bummer. La Buena Vista and La Lunita were both walkable and had great food."

"I hesitate to share how much I love Villas de Rosa because I don’t want everyone to know. The location is amazing, right on the most beautiful white sandy beach. For food, you can order room service anywhere on the property. There is a great variety of options to suit many tastes. Then the beach bar next door is fun and has the best staff. The rooms have crazy strong water pressure in the shower, super comfy beds, huge dining table and living room lounge area, always an available palapa and the BEST snorkeling right out front. Tony will help you with anything you need during your stay. I’m trying to figure out when I can return!"

"Quiet street was great with an amazing Jungle Fish House a few doors down for lunch and dinner-Order the prawns! View is great beach good with low seaweed. Snorkeling out front good also 100 yards out. Attendants nancy and maria were very helpful and attentive. Super happy with maria on first morning enlisting her husband to make calls for us to our previous resort to secure our lost watch from checkout. That resort was unresponsive to us. Verizon cell service not clear here. Only challenge was the air conditioners not changing via remote. Set very cold. Kitchen full but no condiments. Water jug offered was nice. Wind caused pool to be cleaned, so dirty first day then staff arrived. Cant wait to cone again next year ! SW - Orange county, CA. "
