very nice hotel
very nice location, friendly staff and helpful, rooms are so nice, clean and comfort beds. free parking, very good breakfast. safe. will again for sure.

Can be compered with more expensive stays
It was a great stay, and a great price as well. I stayed in other hotels with similar price range and (big names as well) but wasn't as good

Had major issues with the maintenance. My refrigerator and my kettle did not work. Called maintenance and they came to look but did not fix. Couldn’t understand what the guy was saying. Called three more times in the same day but got totally ignored. We had food items that needed to be refrigerated and had to throw away the next morning. Totally unsatisfying visit. Will not stay there again.

nice but treats women guests unfairly
the hotel staff is great and its a lovely hotel however the facilities (Turkish bath, gym, and swimming pool) are just for men and kids - they don't even have separate timings for women!

Clean hotel adiquate for a business stay
Arrived at the hotel late at night, my room wasn't available so we were transferred to a villa in a local compound for the first night. The following day I was upgraded to a room on the 3rd floor, unfortunately the room smelt of fresh paint, not nice. The lobby café has a good menu but none of the oven baked pasta was available. Good choice of food in the buffet restaurant and free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.

They sent me to different property which they bought for over flow. They over book the hotel. Bunch of con artist run the hotel, not up the par with Holiday Inn service.

It's a pretty good place and we'll maintained. It isn't really within walking distance of much but Uber works in Al Kobar

No hot water,, broken toilet,, very rude staff,, no car parking,, The staff are rude and don't know how treat the customers right,, it needs to be updated,, just pay 100 riyal extra and go to a better hotel,,, I don't recommend it to anyone.. waste of money.. holiday Inn need to come and change the whole staff and update the building..

It is a great hotail. I stayed there to attend my friend's wedding. Howevere, the location is far away from the city. I also asked for a king bed which I did not get.
