great location, nice hotel

Pros: everuthing
Cons: Some of the staff need to learn better communications and even when the guest is wrong they must always find a solution.
Location: great location between Khobar, Dahran and Dammam, near by shopping mall, hypermarket and more.
At first i was disappointed due to some communication issue, however the guest relation manager "Jihane Lahrech" immediately reacted and take an action for better... She is a great member of the Park inn by Radisson intact she is a great asset to the Rezidor Group. Thank you Jihane for making my stay a pleasant stay.

Needs help with customer service

If you stay at this hotel and everything goes 100% according to plan and there are no bumps along the way, you will have a great stay. The customer service team can accommodate the normal, everyday pattern: checkin/checkout. If, however, you encounter a bump along the way (as I did), the customer service quickly falls apart. I left my very expensive electric toothbrush in my room and contacted them within 24 hours to have it sent to me. I provided all my contact information, mailing address, and requested POD. Though they have confirmed that they are "working on it" and that they have the toothbrush in possession, it is almost 3 weeks later and with multiple back and forth emails, I still do not have it. I finally broke down and bought a new one since I couldn't stand using a manual one any more. That being said- all the "normal" parts about my stay were just fine. Breakfast, safety, etc- but beware if any problem arises, the team will not know how or not be willing to assist you. I put off writing this review in the hopes that the situation would be resolved and I could leave a glowing review, but unfortunately, that did not happen. I will not be staying here again.

No show at airport & lost my booking

Cons: Competency of reservations team. Improve booking process.
I booked online and phoned hotel to confirm a hotel car to pick me up at Dammam airport. Despite calling the Park Inn twice, nobody turned up to meet me at the airport so I had to flag down a rather shabby looking taxi. When I eventually arrived at the Park Inn, the reception still didn't have a record of my booking. I wouldn't recommend Park Inn to anyone. I'll stay at Meridien next time.

Great location, good hotel

Great location, very central and right next to the mall. Breakfast is a little pricey but outside of that a good choice. Parking is quite limited.

Great hotel, but noisy construction next door

A good quality hotel, with clean and well laid-out and spacious rooms, plus a good bathroom. The front desk staff were prompt and courteous during check in and out, and the breakfast was good with a reasonable range of local and European foods.The only problem is that this area is being redeveloped meaning: 1) it was difficult to find the hotel due to road closures and (2), having arrived late at night, I was woken up at 05:15 by construction work on the adjacent site.
