Hotel structure is OK, very large area full of nature, decent pool and restaurants. My room was quite bad - when we got to the hotel, it was dirty and the furniture is very very old. Hotel staff was pleasant and food was OK. I was travelling with my wife and 2 years old son and he had a good time in the beach and in the pool, but hotel is also far from everything so we did not go anywhere else. I am not planning to come back.

Nice beach. Nice room. Good food, but same menu every day or two. Expensive for travellers from Canada. Flight connections are headache (4 flights and total travel time 25hrs – 1 way). For half price you can have same vacation in Cuba.

Uma decepção!! É de longe o pior resort All inclusive que já fui. A comida é sofrível, não tem variedades e não conseguem repor quando o resort está cheio. O bar da praia não tem nenhuma estrutura de higiene, fazem os drinques em um local muito sujo, sem falar a qualidade das bebidas que são das mais fracas e as cervejas sempre quentes. Não tem banheiro na praia e no caso de necessidade tem que ir ao banheiro na área da piscina, que é longe . A piscina suja e muito pequena, tem que pensar bem para usar. Enfim , não recomendo pois pelo mesmo preço tem opções bem melhores na região. Ponto positivo a destacar é a beleza da praia, do mangue e da mata. Os funcionários são ótimos, mereciam um maior treinamento pois fazem o que podem dentro das limitações do hotel. Destaque para o Marcos que gerenciou com maestria o buffet por dois dias e mostrou que tem capacidade para melhor aquele caos que é o restaurante. Falta zelo e administração . Uma pena porque o lugar é lindo.

Praia longe das acomodações. Sanitários inexistentes perto da praia. Alimentação sofrível. Resort antigo, necessitando reforma. Quarto razoável. Somente quanto aos empregados não tenho queixa. Com o que tem para trabalhar, fazem o possível. Na mesma faixa de preço e na mesma região, já me hospedei em locais muito melhores. Resumindo, não voltarei e não recomendo.

Qdo escolhemos um resort all inclusive buscamos muitas satisfações pelo alto preço que se paga: alimentação, conforto, entretenimento, bom atendimento. Os 50% de satisfação se deram pela gastronomia impecável e atendimento dos funcionários. Muito educados e prestativos e alimentação farta e variada. Os 50% de insatisfação se deram pelas precárias acomodações velhas e sujas, camas e roupas de cama velhas e estragadas, móveis do quarto velhos, encardidos e estragados, pintura suja, limpeza precária das mesas do restaurante onde os jogos americanos fediam e melavam mesmo depois de higienizados. Éramos incomodados insistentemente por vendedores de cotas de hotelaria para nos associarmos, muito desagradável. As bebidas (água e cerveja) eram fartas mas os drinks feitos de destilados de baixa qualidade e aguados. Para quem conhece outros resort all inclusive no nordeste, esse precisa de se reciclar principalmente nas acomodações. No mais, pizzas deliciosas e a ceia de Natal foi muito boa e organizada e shows divertidos. Repelente obrigatório. O hotel fica entre um mangue e a praia. Precisaria de podar mais a vegetação. Quem não gosta dessa natureza melhor não ir, o hotel abriga animais típicos desse ecosistema. A praia é bonita, ondas fortes, limpa, quioques com espreguiçadeiras e bar perto, muito conforto.
