Left my jacketPosted Oct 11, 2014 on Hotels.com
I left my jacket in the hotel room. So I called back. I was told by the front desk that it's not their department. I must call housekeeping. They transferred me to housekeeping, no one picked up the phone. I called back to the front desk, and was told curtly that again, it's not their department. Transferred to housekeeping again, no one picked up. I understand fully it's not the hotel's responsibility for lost items, but they could've been more helpful. It's not a big hotel. The front desk was quite useless, and couldn't have cared less.

The room was smoky when we arrived. We asked for a different non-smoking room and we were told they did not have one. We opened the window and door to air it out. We did not get shampoo etc til the second day.

Pretty good location for seeing tourist things. Easy access to White Sands, space/rocket museum, model train museum and more.

A comfortable overnight stayPosted Aug 14, 2014 on Hotels.com
Surprised by the many sights to see in Alamogordo, including the White Sands National Park located nearby, this hotel location was on the main drag of town and made it easy to see the sites. They surprised us with fresh hot cookies in the afternoon and a plentiful hot breakfast in the morning.

Property was ok for the most part. Lady on duty that night was less than helpful. More like very rude to my wife !!!

Bonne étapePosted Aug 10, 2014 on Hotels.com
