“really dissappointed”

My fiancé and I stayed in the Kaptensgardarna (three houses right next to the main hotel) for three nights whilst attending our friends wedding and I can safely say that this is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. When we got to our room we found the following: The room we had was tiny, the windows were flaking paint, the window pain was cracked, the bin had not been emptied, the floor was dusty, the blind had a large stain in it, the radiator in the bathroom was rusty, there were cobwebs all along the ceiling, the extractor fans were clogged up with scum, I had booked a double and I got a twin, the beds were really old, the mattress was only 6 cm thick... it was terrible. There were some positives. The hotel is right next to the ferry terminal, breakfast was good and free wifi is available in the reception, however these were not enough to make me ever consider booking there again!
