Generally pleasant staff in a nice building. Easy walking distance of City Centre.

We had a great stay, if only for a night. Very handy if you have a car, parking in the rear and a great terrace. The staff was very helpful and I give this and A+.

Excellent location, great food and service. The rooms are nice and large for European standards, nice bathroom and great beds. The Hotel Location is also a plus since you can walk to all the downtown attractions. I will definitely come back to enjoy beautiful Vitoria.

The hotel was excellent in all aspects. We were driving through Spain on route to Bilbao, so we stopped at this hotel for one night, what a good choice! The Hotel was a pleasure in all aspects, the beds were very comfortable, the bed linen was excellent quality, decor was good, you could not fault it. Would stay here again.

not impressed overall with the hotel. we upgraded our room which meant you got to use a coffee lounge and the steam room/gym. The gym had two bikes and the steam room was small and it was only open between 6pm and 9pm so overall not worth it.

Hotel is well located for visits to a lovely city that lives up to its green name. Typical city centre hotel with no open space to relax but rooms were spacious and bar/cafe area was very pleasant. Staff were great, friendly and helpful. Recommended for a city break or as a base if you want to do the Vitoria Triathlon.

This is a fantastic hotel. The staff were more than friendly and helpful. The parks and local bars were awesome. If you think Spain is dirty (trash, urine and feces, garbage and junk), go to Vitoria and stay at this hotel! Absolutely fantastic. Set-up a bar crawl in the city center while touring. what a great place!
