He room was clean and the service was nice, I would recommend it.

“Dissapointing”

Very run down...when we pulled into the parking lot our first thought was that the hotel went out of business - woken up at midnight by loud guests, woken up again at 2:30 by people running up and down the hallway

“Kind of a dump”

This hotel is tired and need of an upgrade. At least the mattresses had bed bug covers...

“Schenectady Days Inn”

Hotel was smelly and not very clean. In need of immediate updating. Overall service was good and hotel staff were very helpful and curteous. Bad neighborhood though.

“Not impressed”

Both rooms we occupied had an unpleasant stale odor in them. They smelled like they may have been smoking rooms previously, though we requested non-smoking.

“Days Inn Schenectady”

This hotel, while a good value, was not really up to standards. The building is quite old and does not seem well kept. The room was adequate but I wouln't call it exatly comfortable. Staff was very friendly and tried to address all complaints promptly. If you do not plan to spend much time at your hotel and strictly need a place to stay at night this is an ok choice.

“not impressed”

It was ok for a "cheap" motel but it was totally bottom of the line. They claimed to have an ice machine on each floor, turned out there was only one on the first and it was "out of order"..they couldn't even provide any ice.....we had to go across the street to a stewarts and buy ice!! When calling local cab service they recommended, we were told they'd be there in 5 mins...1/2 hr., later a minivan with two women smoking, talking on cell phones and windows open showed up...not impressive at all.....

“Wow that was loud.”

This is the LOUDEST hotel I've ever stayed in. Not only was I awakened two mornings in a row at 4:30 am accidentally by automated wake-up calls I never requested, but the wing I was in had these highway work crew guys carousing all night long. Glad I'm back home so I can get some REST.

this one is def. not even 1 star. only stay as a last option....

“Would never go back”

The hotel was shabby. The elevator filthy. The fruit at the breakfast buffet was spoiled.
