You were completely booked an i had assumed an inhouse conference, breakfast was a disaster by 8am when we went to eat, everything was completely empty and no sign of anyone to replenish the breakfast items including the forks!:[ i get the help issues but come on!

Everything was great, but they suddenly closed the pool! I selected this hotel specifically for the pool so my grandchildren could swim. While it might have been unavoidable, maybe some preventative maintenance could have fixed the problem before ALL kids were on winter break.

We found that the property was well kept, clean and the staff was friendly as well as courteous. Easy drive to walmart,restaurants and other shopping needs.

I forgot my cell phone at this Comfort Inn and didn’t realize it until I’d arrived home, 3 hours away. I called, in a panic, and the front desk clerk began the process of trying to locate it. It wasn’t readily found and through repeated phone calls, each more anxious than the last, I always spoke with the same clerk, Allysa, and She was incredibly calm, compassionate and professional. I was truly impressed with her poise and patience. I felt heard and seen as a V.I.P. guest that needed taking care of. I got my phone back but I also walked away feeling like the whole thing was handled beautifully. So high marks for Allysa on her excellent customer service… which, in my opinion, is the most important aspect of doing business in hospitality or otherwise.

Loved the large flat screen TV and WIFI was great. (Tho not needing a password felt unsafe) Very nice decor. Extremely clean room and common areas. Building felt safe. Would have liked a restaurant to be on site. An off the highway sort of site, but given that, it was fantastic. Very nice bed too.

Good Choice
I’ve stayed in hundreds of Choice Hotels and most have been great. This one is not an exception. The hotel was beautiful, the housekeeping and front desk staff were friendly. Breakfast was a decent selection and the dining area was very modern and nice. There was a huge wedding in the ballroom so even with the guests barking dogs in their rooms and the DJ’s music, I didn’t hear anything in my room, just the halls. On my next trip to Albany, I will most definitely stay again.

Smelt musty there was a patch in the ceiling that was repaired poorly which im assuming where the smell was coming from. Front desk host wasnt very friendly when I checked in. Second time Ive stayed here first time was much better!

Nice hotel
Nice hotel. The room was clean and it appear some upgrade had happened. The. Real fast area was great lots of light from the many windows. Breakfast was standard fare. They did have EV chargers which was awesome.

Bedding and mattress were very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Noise from roof. No one knew anything about the car charging station. Though three news channels were listed in the hotel's list, only one actually worked.

Great breakfast which I enjoyed 3 days. Was there 4 nights people in the next room were noisy 2nd and 3rd nights. The toilet is not adult old person height, and wobbles. I asked for a room without an adjoining room door. I will not be going back.
