I felt like it was a very good value. The property and room seems to be well kept. The breakfast was, even by continental breakfast standards, skimpy. My only complaint would be that I'd asked for maintenance to remedy a plumbing matter (of my making) early, at check-in. I assume the desk clerk forgot as I had to ask again when I returned for the evening, much later. I'd stay there again.

Poop smear on toiletpaper roll side; poop dried under seat and dried to bowle; toilet paper holder sloped down and roll constantly fell off. Marijuana smell constantly seeped in from bathroom vent. Dirty socks and fake finger nails swept under bed overhang. Missing TV remote- they replaced it with broken remote. Missing remote for fireplace. Room kitchen had dishes for guests- ever glass was filthy. Pool was 83' but pool room was 60'; asked staff to turn up heat and they never did. Had to ask for clean pool towels each time and they never brought enough. Caught front desk staff giving out room information about a guest to a guy that walked in claiming he needed to talk with the guest.

Sooooo dirty. My room felt like it was one of those paid by the hour motels. The chair in my room was falling apart. It looked like it was taken of a dumpster. I’m not sure if it was blood or wine, but there was some kind of red substance scattered all over the carpet, then the bathtub was horrendous. It looked like dirty water was sitting in there for three months before someone came in and trained. It looks like it was never cleaned. There was just as very dark brown spot on the bathtub then the holder for the toilet paper was broken, so it was barely holding the toilet paper roll where it was constantly falling off , I am beyond disappointed and will never stay in this hotel again

I have stayed in the past and it was always wonderful but this time I'm not sure if it's under New Management or new ownership the people that work there at the front desk are really good but the cleanliness of the rooms just all around it wasn't as nice as it was before I'm not sure what they do but the pool was closed looks like they only use it for certain events or something but it was just disappointing unfortunately I will not be staying there again

Two issues
Two things...I was only told at check in that the tv/cable was out. Thank goodness I had my roku with me. And the shower head was in horrible condition, very little pressure and it was a hand help that kept falling out of the cradle. Overall Id stay there again.

The property is fine, and they had a great discount which is why I chose the property. Rooms were not very clean, dressers had a sticky substance on them. Drawers didn't stay shut, bathroom toilet paper holder was broken and jerry rigged with a hanger. Even the do not disturb signs were dirty. Cable service was out, and they promised they were attempting to have it repaired, but still not fixed after two night stay. No communication about its status, I had to inquire at the front desk.

Checked in on Friday, 2 rooms, 3 days. When I checked in I was informed that there was a 3.5% surcharge because I was using a credit card. When I got to our rooms, the televisions weren’t working. They sent someone up and he said he would be right back and never returned. Checked a hour later with front desk and was told it was the cable company and it would be fixed by noon on Saturday. Went to desk again Saturday evening and was told I would get a 10% refund because they still weren’t working. Sunday morning I inquired about the cable and they said they were still working on it. I asked for a more specific time because I was going to leave if it wasn’t fixed. They had somebody there in 10 minutes with a Roku device which was ok for one room because my children have streaming services. However it didn’t work for my room because I don’t. I couldn’t get any local channels or network football games and why didn’t they do this on Friday instead of me having to threaten to take my business elsewhere to get something done. Another problem I had was the bathroom outlets didn’t work and I noticed as I was packing that where a smoke detector should be there was no device and exposed bare wires were hanging out from the wall. I called the hotel when I got home and asked about the refund and to speak with the hotel manager. As of this post I haven’t received the refund or call back from the hotel.

Our hotel was dirty, the bedding was stained and gross, the shower was dirty, our towels smelled awful and were stained. After the first night our tv went out and we were told the entire hotel was out. After having our tv out for 2 more nights I asked if we would be compensated because it was ridiculous not having a tv and they then finally brought a Roku to our room to watch but at that point we had less than 24 hours left for our stay. I feel so gross after staying at this hotel and am so disappointed for paying as much as I did.

My stay here at this Park Manor Inn located in Clifton Park, NY was a BAD experience. Had to move to another room. 3rd floor Hallway was not presentable. Front desk • pleasure to deal with. Check-in and out went flawlessly. The customer service provided was good. Room • Here is where I was highly disappointed as the room was somewhat Clean, mostly dirty. Not vacuumed, all tops on tables/counters were not wiped down and had stains on them. It had an awful smell to it. I purchased disinfectant wipes and did the wipe down myself when I switched to room number 2. Bed In the first room, the bedding was not changed from the previously occupied people. As I prepared to get ready for bed I pulled back the sheets to find black hairs and fresh stains all through the bedding, on and under the pillows. In the second room Before entering The folks on duty took about 30 minutes to prepare my room. See room information above for more information Bathroom •Was Dirty, I cleaned up the bathroom and it served its purpose well. • The shower head was needing to be changed out, in my opinion, the water stream could've been better and the hot water was hot Breakfast • was available, I didn't partake in breakfast while I stayed there. WiFi connection • Login was easy. Speeds were Consistent around 25-35 Mbps down and 10-20 Mbps up So, all in all, I give this. 1 out of 5 for the consistent dirty rooms.
