Room is clean and well maintained. The ventilation and mechanical equipment extremely noisy. Not suitable for light sleepers as this property is extremely noisy.

It was SO clean and the staff very friendly! It was super quiet given that it's on a main road, but the facilities were beautiful and everything looked newly renovated. Checkout being at noon was also a great plus!

I stay here every time i go to Albany, i was unable to make this trip and had to cancel unfortunately they denied the canceling fee and now out of 2 nights worth of money.

We were here for 2 day stay the room was not cleaned for our second day, towels not changed and replacing toilet paper we were told they didn’t have any and we needed to get some out of one of the public washrooms,

The property was very clean and our 2 queen bed room was HUGE! The door locks are updated to the newest technology so we didn’t have any door glitches. The pool was just the right temperature. Staff was quite friendly and made us feel at home.

Great stay at your property! The only thing was the shower in our room didn’t work great and water would pool at your feet. All the air was very dry in our room. We had the heat off and it was still dry.

I like the cleanliness first and foremost. Staff was friendly and helpful. The service was very good. Breakfast was excellent especially since I was there for training I had to be up early and appreciated having a hot breakfast ready.
