“Priced right for the area”

Our overall experience of the hotel was a good one. Although convenient, the area was in a rough and ran down side of town. We were just not accustomed to that type of environment. Again, overall experienced of the hotel management was good at accomodating our needs.

“Worst hotel We've ever stayed !”

This was the worse hotel that we have ever stayed in. The restroom was dirty. We had to call them to clean it. The drapes were torn. and the clothes rack fell from the wall with only three of my husband's suits. They didn't come to repair it. The towels were of poor quality..We remained for one night because the area was booked and we had come from a distant. overall, our stay was was awful! I do not reccomment it!!

“good hotel to stay while visiting Albany, GA”

The was a good hotel. its not too for from the riverwalk and aquarium. the rates were great and the hotel was pretty clean.

“Will not be returning to this hotel in Albany Ever again”

The staff was lobby staff was congenial. The facility was dated and not upkept. Derbis was around . handicap parking was not as accessible as need be . The bathroom was in such a manner that we did not shower the entire stay. The trash was not collected and the build up was atrocious.

“Clean bed and loved the price”

The staff was polite and helpful. Price and location was very important to me. My bed and bathroom were clean. The AC worked well. Breakfast was below average, but there was enough to get me going. This pool was nice.

“Needs to be updated”

This hotel is a place to sleep. But it needs some tender loving care that has been overlooked.

“Bad and getting worse !”

I have stayed at this hotel several times, and each time it only gets worse. I have a limited income and must stay on my budget for trips to see family, which is the only reason I return to this hotel. This was the worst yet, The continential breakfast room had molded bagels and muffins on both morningsof my stay, even though I brought this to the manangers attention on the first morning. I could not get housekeeping to bring me fresh towels, ect, until after 6:oclock PM on my second day. I will research other hotels before booking with this one again. You would think that such a well known hotel chain, as this one, would regulate standards at their franchise hotels much better than this.

“Be Afraid, Be Very Afraid!”

My checkin went fine. The hotel however looked to be in a slum area. I only stayed because I couldn't get a refunded. Cars were playin loud music all night. The covers were dirty. The room appeared to be shabby and rundown. I wore my shoes in the shower. The room smelled like bug spray or some other type of chemical. Will Never Stay There Again!!!!!!
