1st room a mess bed not made & food left in room but after calling front desk they gave me a nice clean!

Pros: The beds were great. The food was wonderful.
Cons: The staff doesn't care except for the lady running the breakfast - she cared. One of the desk clerks gave me coffee for a regular coffee pot - 3 bags
Location: The Mexican restaurant next door was to die for! So Wonderful - the food, the service...
The room had stains on wall. The furniture needed dusting and the front desk gentlemen was rude. But my son fell in love with your muffins! He could not get enough of them. The coffee was wonderful.

The hotel had a very musty smell and it bothered my asthma the complete night. The wall behind the bed looked like water had been running down the wall and dried. They did not tell us what time the breakfast was being served and if you do not go at the set time you do not get breakfast. Other then that it was ok.

This hotel was the dirtiest one I have ever stayed in. The sheets and towels were clean but the rest of the room had not been cleaned in months. The microwave looked like the one at work and the fridge had so much frost in it that I could not even put a bottle of pop in it. I would not even put a homeless person in this hotel.

This hotel was ok however I would not stay there again. The rooms smelled, the pool was dirty, our blankets had holes in them, and the breakfast wasn't that great.

Had better experiences for less money

Pros: It's not as expensive at some other hotels in the area so I felt this was the best place for the money. I wanted to keep it as cheap as possible
Cons: The staff. The upkeep on the hotel is mostly on the staff and they could definitely do a better job.
Location: There are plenty of restaurants and fast food nearby. I didn't really check out the area so I don't know much more than that.
My stay wasn't too bad at this hotel but it was definitely tainted by the cleaners. Walking into the room for the first time it looks as though the bed sheets weren't changed. They had wrinkles but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and just assumed it was because they didn't fold them or something. The shower I had didn't really drain well so I was standing in a few inches of water while showering. Who knows if the tubs are clean or not. My stay at the hotel was completely ruined when I had left for the day, however. I put the do no disturb sign on my door so that the cleaners didn't go in my room. Not only did they ignore the sign, they went through my food! I had a box of breadsticks from a nearby dominos and it was wide open when I got back to my room. I called the front desk to complain and the lady said she would tell her manager but I never heard anything from him or her. They still charged full price which I would have been fine with if the manager had contacted me about the incident. I'm disgusted knowing that happened and that nothing will probably be done about the issue.
