Never again!!!!!

Posted Jul 25, 2014
Pros: Breakfast was good.
Cons: The cleaning staff needs to be trained again.
I woke up at 3am with a bug on my face and decided to sleep in my van for the rest of the night. The room was absolutely filthy. Staff were 'okay' and free breakfast was good. The rooms appeared to not be cleaned on a daily basis.

Pros: Convenience to our travel plans. Next time we'll stay at the many other hotels in the area.
Cons: The front desk had to have known the rooms were not ready why not tell us? Bring the rooms up to date.
Location: We only stayed one nite and went toa wedding so not sure what's near by. Nice shopping areas and a few restaurants.
Very disappointing. I'm not sure if was because of the price or that I used Expedia but we were not treated as a customer should have been treated, I booked 3 rooms. 2 single and 1 double room. When we arrived at 2:40 p.m. ( standard check in is 3pm) we found 2 rooms still not cleaned from the prior occupant. The front desk never told us the rooms were not ready. We had to go back to the offiice to ask for different rooms due to the fact we had to change clothes from a four our drive to be ready for a 4pm wedding, and were told "check in is at 3pm" which would never have been done by since the cleaning crew was still 6 doors away and it's now 2:50pm. When we asked if others had checked in yet we were told no one had checked in, so why couldn't they switch rooms so that we'd have maybe 1 room to be able to change in. We were told they couldn't do that. WHY??? Price or Expedia? They pulled the cleaning person from his routine to make up the rooms. So now we can stand outside and wait till he's done. Yes, we were late to the wedding needless to say. Addn'ly room keys didn't work, toilet seat didn't fit the bowl, dirty directory, the worst pillows to sleep on. The double room had no air on and had the worst musty smell. Why if the rooms were assigned which is what they told us, would they not have the air on since we were at an 85 degree day and would be arriving by 3pm? Not nice to be changing clothes in. We paid a reasonably price, we expected better.

Good room, no wifi

Posted Jul 14, 2014
The hotel was good overall, pool didn't smell too good though, the one thing I didn't like was the messes up wifi, I'm not from the states, so for me to use my phone, I had to be connected to wifi, which is a service we pay for with the hotel. In order to use the wifi, you had to sit outside your room! Spoke to the receptionist about it and he was just rude, not gonna be back there

Cons: Clearer reservation policy by Expedia and/or Days Inn about what is being reserved.
The rooms we originally reserved through Expedia were very disappointing, expecially the conditions. It seems that these rooms or this section is being used for temporary residence. The pictures on line (Expedia) were very disceiving because they were not the pictures of the rooms that were actually reserved. The picture of motel on the website wasn't even the Days Inn we were in. In fact they were the pictures of the suites section and not the standard rooms. Luckily were able to upgrade to the suites, for an additional cost.

One night stay for the price tolerable

Posted Jul 3, 2014
Pros: For one night stay okay.
Cons: Clean, clean, clean the room more often.
Location: About a mile from a mall and movie theater.
Carpet in room looks like it has not been vacuumed or cleaned for a long time. Does not give good feeling. Location of hotel was near to mall, which is good.

Marginally acceptable hotel

Posted Jun 20, 2014
Pros: Location and price
Cons: A full renovation
Room was tired but bed was clean. Room 210 is missing the safety door lock, I mentioned this to housekeeping, they told me they had informed Mgt multiple times. This is a security problem that should be addressed. The small, not air conditioned gym had a broken treadmill and a 10yr old stairstepper machine plus a stationary bike. No weights, no water, no towels. Kind of gross.
