“Visiting from Vermont”

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, there was plenty of hot water and towels, the TV was big, and the comforter was so comfy! The kids loved the pool and I loved the hot tub! “A Happy Surprise”

I booked this hotel because it was convenient to the hospital where my daughter was having surgery. It turned out to be a great choice -- very attractive, spotlessly clean, helpful staff,in-room refrigerator, terrific breakfast (eggs and omelets to order, fine array of biscuits, muffins, etc.), sports bar on the ground floor that stays open late and serves good food. Reasonable prices. What more could a weary traveler want?

Was in town for our daughters college family weekend (RPI). Room was very clean and comfortable. Loved the sports bar in lobby. Would definately stay again.

“convenient location to VAMC Albany and Albany MC”

The purpose of the trip was to visit my uncle at the Veteran's Administration Medical Center on Holland Avenue, so location was key. It was about 1/4 of a mile from the hospital, so we were very pleased. With our focus on the family hospital visit, we didn't know the area and were looking for suggestions as to where to eat, and the day and evening staff were very helpful in pointing us quickly to very good, reasonably priced restaurants during the holiday season. In addition, the room was immaculate. Overall, we were very pleased with our choice.

Parking was not that great, big hotel, very little parking spaces.

It is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at this price in NY. Highly recommend for a single traverler like myself who like to stay in a quiet hotel. It's convenient, quiet and comfortable. Overall five stars!

“Dining”

Excellent hotel, especially for anyone needing to visit Albany Med. Only issue is that the lunch and dinner restaurant is not run by the hotel and is not of the same caliber. The breakfast restaurant should be made available for both lunch and dinner for hotel guests.

We booked our hotel last minute and we were pleasantly surprised at the comfort and service of this Hotel. We found the front desk employee to be very helpful and I would recommend this Hotel to others.

“Best for the Tulip Festival”

I chose this hotel as it was a Hilton and it's proximity to Washington Park. If you want to make a weekend out of the Albany Tulip Festival there is no better hotel, especially considering the breakfast offered at the hotel was perfect for a Sunday Brunch on Mother's Day. Loved it!
