Perfect respite en route to Cooperstown Dreams PkPosted Jun 21, 2014
Pros: Friendly, helpful staff, clean, logically appointed room, forced air with thermostat, pool and basketball for the kids, happy hour
Cons: The sticky floor was the only negative part of our visit.
Location: Close to airport, highway, dining and shopping.
This was our third stay in five years while heading to Cooperstown Dreams Park. Perfect place for 12yr olds and adults. Clean indoor pool, outdoor basketball hoop(balls are located at reception desk), happy hour complimentary beer and wine (IPA and Coors light) During this visit they hosted a nice steak, pasta and seafood dinner. What a pleasant surprise after the grueling flight from SFO. Staff is welcoming and friendly, and everyone seemed to enjoy working together. Room and beds were comfortable, although there was something sticky on the floor, otherwise I would have given a 5 for cleanliness. Pillows were comfortable and generous. Mix of King size and the usual Chicklet size. Enjoyable, restful stay for all of us.

Comfortable sutiePosted Jun 12, 2014
Pros: clean, comfortable, good design, good bed, nice kitchen, ok breakfast.
Cons: Mini moos in the rooms. A better breakfast with real eggs!!
Location: there are no good restaurants nearby.
We were pleased with the Home wood Suites. The room was well appointed and designed. There was a full kitchen, flat screen tv that swiveled from bed to sofa. Everything was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ok. First day we had "scrambled eggs" that we thought we powdered, second day was better with fried eggs and fresh grapefruit. We were disappointed that the coffe in the room had the powdered creamer, this is not compatible with the best hotels that have the "mini moos" in the rooms. Othere than that, a good hotel . We paid a premium to be close the the airport inAlbay, which we did not need. would recommend staying at another Homewood Suites away from the air port for a better price.

Much better than expectedPosted May 20, 2014 on Hotels.com
Our suite certainly felt more like home then a hotel. Very cozy. Nice decor (was surprised there were 5 or 6 pictures on the wall as most hotels have perhaps one over the bed). Even the breakfast was pretty good.

Good access to airport.Posted Apr 14, 2014
Location: Easy access to airport.
I arrived late after traveling all day by plane. I was the last one to check in. Friendly desk clerk. The bed was very comfortable. Shower good. Breakfast was ok.Lots of selections. I didn't spend much time there. I'd go back even though a little pricey.

This hotel went above and beyond in all they did. The breakfast was amazing, the staff was helpful, and the room was very comfortable.
