“Pleasantly surprised”

Couldn't have been happier with our choice. First, there are hardwood floors, no carpet with those awful musty smells. And there's actually room to move around in, very spacious. More like a suite. Loved the big, comfortabled bed, too. They have any amazing restaurant in the hotel. We were planning to go out for dinner, but it was pouring, so we were stuck there. What dumb, amazing luck. Food was unique and absolutely delicious! Would have eaten there every night, but on Sunday's it's closed. Very close to the airport, but you never hear it. Will definitely stay here again.

Clean, beautiful room. Polite, accomodating staff. Convenient to airport. Unfortunately thier bistro was closed for the Labor Day holiday - wanted to try it out b/c the menu looked great. Maybe next time.

“Nice Value for Modern Hotel”

Very close to airport, across the street from the Des*mond, easy access to Interstate. Room was modern, clean, comfortable and upscale. Friendly Starbucks breakfast bar in lobby, free wi-fi. Attached restaurant and bar just opened: a bit pricey, service understaffed but food and drinks were good. Adequate gym facilities with steam and sauna. Highly recommend this hotel for Albany stay especially versus some of the old standards.

“Great boutique hotel!”

Hotel Indigo was a great choice! We were visiting Saratoga during racing season and found many other hotels either overbooked or too expensive. The hotel is clean, modern and right off the expressway. The rooms are a nice size with hardwood floors and contemporary furniture. The bathrooms were also very sleek and we enjoyed the flat screen tv. The breakfast options were a bit thin, just coffee, etc. on Sundays, as the bistro (which looked great) was closed. The hotel is about a 20 minute drive to Saratoga, but well worth it and we will definitely stay there again.

“Unbelievable!”

This was by far the most enjoyable hotel I have ever stayed in. Hardwood floors in my room, extremely comfortable bed, could not hear the rooms above and on the side of me. No complaints whatsoever! Planning another trip this June and staying in this hotel again. Worth every dollar!

Highly recommended for anyone staying in the Albany area (esp. near the airport). Comfortable, nicely decorated hotel + good beds + great service. Will definitely stay again.

“Perfect hotel for airport access”

I'd recommend this for anyone needing a comfortable, convenient hotel close to the Albany airport. The airport is literally a three minute drive from the hotel. The only negative aspect of my stay was the behavior of the desk manager: self important to the point of rudeness.

Indigo had everything I was looking for: close proximity to Troy, free high speed internet (which is a rarity), a coffee bar that served Starbucks coffee, an actual Starbucks just up the street. Best of all: not a trace of bed bugs!
