Hotel needs updating

Pros: The breakfast was pretty good
Cons: Updating would help.
We were at the hotel for two nights. Family members booked five rooms. Some had to move to different rooms due to smell and leaking toilets. We had problems with the hotel swipe keys and had to get them replaced. The room however was clean.

Reasonably priced hotel near Albany and Saratoga.

We booked this inexpensive hotel as all hotels near Saratoga Springs were either booked or outrageously priced. This hotel is fine in all aspects including spacious, clean rooms, inviting lobby, free breakfast and exercise facility.

Nice hotel, great breakfast attentive staff

I went for three nights to go to concerts at the Saratoga Performing Arts Center. It was about a twenty minute drive to SPAC from this hotel. Easy on and off the highway. Many local shops and amenities and close to malls, movie theaters, etc. Pool on site.

not a good experience

Pros: location
Cons: Security,Room Cards,Outlets,Communication with Management,Fitness Area Rules.
Location: location was very good. close to the interstate, & in walking distance to restaurants.
first 10 min. of our stay the toilet backed up into the rest of the room. houseman came in and fixed the toilet.floor is soaking wet and no attempt to dry the rug or move us to another room.refrigerator did not work due to an outlet that was dead. one room key did not work and had to be replaced.stayed there 3 days and the room was never cleaned.many excuses as to why it was not done.after using the towels to deal with the floor from the back up toilet. asked for towels one nite and was told to go to the front desk to get them. front desk employee said room was locked and could not gain access.promised towels for the next a.m. ....never received the towels.upon checking out, asked to see the m.o.d. ...not there.front desk person listened to our issues with some what of an attitude.awful experience. we were in town for the death of my wifes mother.

Hotel hidden behind an excellent restaurant

Pros: The staff.
Cons: Provide gluten-free bread for toast.
Location: Set back from the highway, hidden behind excellent Japanese restaurant called SAKE,j which local residents patronize. It has tasty food and drinks.
Welcoming staff, helpful airport shuttle, clean room, inexpensive furnishings, mostly quiet (not right next to the highway), neat breakfast space with scrambled eggs as well as items that residents can prepare for themselves. I came there because it was near the airport.
