Chose this hotel because we needed our dog with us. Wouldn't return wth all the other options in the area.

Convenient location

Pros: Location, free shuttle service
Cons: A little smoky-smelling
Location: Albany airport
Nice hotel. The early shuttle got me to my plane in time.

It was old ran down not clean our room had mold all along the wall under the air conditioner there were no screens in the windows . It was a low budget sleep cheap at best that we paid $125 for the night. I would think Expedia wouldn't want to be associated with the the less than par hotel.

Upgrade and maintenance needed

Pros: Hotel staff were very polite and friendly. Breakfast was excellent with a variety of hot and cold foods.
Cons: Hotel just needs remediation and maintenance of the 300 - 400 building and upgrade for improved modernization.
Exterior EIFS system adversely impacted in "2nd Building" that housed the 300 - 400 numbered rooms. Several exterior areas visibly damaged on the EIFS construction. Access ways were dirty, doors old and noisy, and overall in need of housekeeping and cleaning. Smelled moldy and stale upon entry. Old carpet and TV. Bed was VERY uncomfortable.

Needs serious updates. Be sure you read somewhere they charge for shuttle service to airport if you used Expedia to book

Room was clean and quiet. Older tv, but usable. Breakfast area was clean and good assortment of continental items. Hotel is older, but good value.

WOULD NOT EVER STAY HERE AGAIN

Pros: NOTHING
Cons: EVERYTHING SHOULD BE REPLACED WITH A NEW HOTEL
BATH ROOM HAD STAINS AND MOLD IN IT. THE FAUCET IN THE SHOWER WAS FALLING OFF ROOM WAS DIRTY SHOULD HAVE WENT AND FOUD ANOTHER HOTEL. PARKING PER EXPIEDA WAS FREE THEN WE GOT TWO DOLLAR A NIGHT CHARGE
