Stay Away! Stay Away!

The place was awful. The hall had no ac so it was oven-like. The tv reception was poor, the wallpaper was peeling, the complimentary internet was not available, the drapes did not fully close, and there were spiders in the bathtub. The room was fairly quiet to outside noises, bu that was due mainly to a loud air conditioning unit that was so high up on the wall you needed a chair if you wanted to try to change it. Thus the room was often cold. The room had a shabby work desk, but it since it was less than 12" from the end of the bed, it was useless. In addition the desk had no lamp. Oh, and the room had no clock. I arrived on a Friday night and was out all day Saturday. When I got back to the room Saturday evening, it had not been serviced, though I was told by the front desk that it had been. The only sign of "service" was a bathmat that had been folded. There was hair in the tub (hopefully mine), the used soap bars and towels were just where I had left them that morning, the bed had not been made and the trash had not been emptied. When I reported it to the front desk, all I got was an apology. I will never stay there again. Never. Did I mention never?

no mattress pad on bed....stained sheets.....filthy bathroom....would have left if it weren't after midnight when we checked in.

I was so disappointed with this hotel. I thought I could trust that an Expedia hotel would be decent, but this place was scary
