“Not a vacation stay”

The staff went "above and beyond" for us, knowing that we were in New York for the funeral of our 18 year old grandson. We hope to go back for a pleasure trip. Leanne

“Next time I want a fireplace.”

My trip didnt start out well. I arrived into Albany airport at 11:59pm. I called the hotel to pick me up via their complimentary shuttle but the service stops at 10:00pm, which is not posted on their website. The associate at the front desk did call me a taxi. When I arrived at the hotel the front desk associate apologized gave me an apology gift and upgraded my room. I will definitely go back anytime I have to travel for business to Albany.
