Pros: layout of studio rooms
Cons: position of TV SCREEN in direct path between bed and kitchen or bathroom
Location: casino& racetrack within 20 minutes numerous places to eat near by
Staff very friendly, rooms clean and well stocked for a longer stay very good area for close by resteraunts

Chose this hotel since it had a kitchen and 2 bedrooms. Stayed for three nights. Overall, it was an okay experience with the exception of the first day. Came in at the end of cleaning carpets (for all rooms in the hotel). Took about a day to dry. Manager called and apologized for the inconvenience. Bathroom tub was dirty and didn't drain well. Bed sheets had stains. However, these issues were handled very quickly and professionally. Great continental breakfast. Exercise room small (two treadmills). And it's pet friendly.

I will certainly address them with our housekeeping and maintenance teams. We are also having all of our bathtubs resurfaced in early September to take care of the tub staining issue that you encountered. Pros: The continental breakfast was excellent
Cons: More supplies in the kitchen
Not enough supplies in the kitchen. Only 2 forks, no wine glasses and one of the chairs at the table had a nail sticking out of it

Although TownePlace Suites does not currently supply wine glasses in our rooms, you should have had four forks and, obviously, we will address the chair issue as well. Two room suite

Location: Went to visit relatives.
Kitchen clean. common room very small. Couch & chair very small,hard & uncomfortable. Shower drain clogged & mold around shower shelves. Beds were very comfortable. Stayed two nights, housekeeping not done until well after 5:00 P.M.

Great Room

The lobby was tiny but the service was great. The room was great (microwave, fridge, stove/oven, sink & great heat) Breakfast was great as well!!!
