Hotel in a small city

I felt the mattresses and sheets were not cleaned good enough the bathroom facilities not spot clean

Awful stay

Toilet had to be flushed four times to work. Ironing board and iron broken. Alarm clock could not read numbers so worthless. Security lock on door half off from wall. Bed not comfortable. asked for extra pillows and told they had none. Finally able to get two after listing the above items. Towels on second day stained. No sheet on pull out bed or extra blanket. Poor customer service and extremely dissatisfied!

it was nice. the bathroom was small. the bed was real comfortable. my wife did not like that we were upstairs and near the back of the motel. It is good if you are only planning to stay a night or two definitely not for a long term stay

Staff were friendly. Hotel was convenient. It was comfortable. Bathroom is very small to move around in. Toliet had trouble flushing. Coffee pot was dirty. Stains on the couch.

Friendly staff, good location. The hotel had everything we could ask for - including a washing machine and tumble dryer. Good breakfast. Our family enjoyed our stay very much. Many thanks.

The bed was wonderful. The a/c unit was the problem. Every time it cut on it sounded like a diesel truck cranking up. My wife and I could have tolerated it, but our 8 month old couldn't. It made for a miserable night. We told the front desk in the morning and he gave us a discount. He said that if we had just called and told him he would have let us go to the room next door. Wish I would've known. It was way too late at night to be moving rooms. I will know next time I guess.
