“extremely good for price”

stayed here in 2007. lot of renovation has been done.walls redone, new tubs.i checked out of eco lodge-loaded with bed bugs, stayed at travellers but they had bed bugs and roaches and i did take some home. didnt want to give 100 dollers for a room so decided to try days inn. very pleasant stay. its cleans, friendly staff and had no problems.i stay in elizabeth city once every week. would definately recommend to people. very good for the price. only down part is that they dont have an exercise room. i have stayed at eco lodge have complained to manager about bugs but was always turned down. days inn staff are always friendly and go beyond to help

“Perfect for the cost”

It was just what I needed for the cost--very affordable.

“cheapest in town”

This hotel did the job as far as a place to rest my head. There is a 7-ll next door but that is about it as far as walking conviences. The continental breakfast consisted of small bagels, mini muffins, orange juice, and coffee. I have stayed at cheaper and nicer days inns along 95 so I was not so sure why this qualified for a higher rate. his is about the cheapest hotel in town. I recommend if you just need a place to sleep.

“Waiting for gunshots.”

When we arrived, the desk clerk and a chap from the tatoo parlor across the street were having a fight. The words and profanity flew. A truck driver stopped to help her. Inside, the room was run down and the bathroom had not been cleaned. There were urine stains on the comode and seat. The first night we listened to police cars, the second night was a fight with a fellow and his girl, and him banging on the door at 2 a.m.

“never going back”

it was a small hotel. very loud. you could hear people outside talking like they were in your room. smelled musty. not a great area.

“Its ok”

The room was ok but the bathroom was not at all clean. Anyhow we just slept there in the night so its ok.

“Disappointed”

The room was a non-smoking room and reeked of smoke and was just kind of dingy in general.

“Don't Stay Here!”

This hotel was a scarry place to stay. There were several shady people that were always hanging around the hotel, including a prostitute that got in a yelling match with one of the hotel workers, before the police were called. If that wasn't bad enough later that night a rough looking group of guys assembled outside our hotel room and were drinking and smoking pot until the front desk again called the cops. All in all, if you value your safety, don't stay at this Hotel!

“We couldn't leave early enough!”

We were extremely disappointed. This Days Inn really reflects very badly on the franchise's reputation. The rooms were shabby and did not appear to be very clean. The quality of Days Inn accommodations seems to vary widely from location to location. We're previously stayed at some very nice Days Inns, but we will certainly think twice before booking a Days Inn again. Reserving with Days Inn is like buying a pig in a poke.

“Bad Day Inn”

A heavy coating of dust covered all furniture in the room. Place smelled badly. Bed was overused and unkempt. Outside of facility was dirty and smelled badly.
