I have stayed here before and it is always a great experience. It was a very busy weekend so I know some people had a hard time getting the room type they requested, though I didn't have a problem switching from king to two queens. The staff was friendly and helpful. Beds are great!

I booked our trip online and I was nervous about what the hotel would be like. When I walked into the lobby of the Albuquerque Marriott I was impressed. It was gorgeous!! It was decorated in the rich colors and designs of the Southwest. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. When we entered our room I was both relieved and impressed. The room was perfect and inviting. We loved it. The bed was just as comfortable as our own at home and we didn't lose a bit of sleep our whole trip. It was wonderful. I would recommmend this hotel to anyone going to Albuquerque, and I will surely stay there again!!

From check in to check out we were impressed with the service. The staff were eager and waiting to answer questions or offer useful information on the sights of Albuquerque. We went for the Balloon Fest and were pleased that there was a hotel shuttle to the Park and Ride which offered fast and convenient service to the Festival. The hotel drivers were quick to get us there and back to the hotel. Great fun, and our hotel room was comfortable and in a great location. Will definitely go back and recommend it,

the hotel staff was wonderful. the reservation was not sent by expedia, and the gentleman at the desk,david, was happy to straighten out everything for us. upon our return 2 days later, he remembered our names and was very pleasant. the location was great for us as we traveled around the state of new mexico and back to albuquerque. the restaurant's food was great. i would not hesitate to stay there again.
