Pros: staff assistance and help. with the bad weather and family getting stuck in albq. the staff really went out of their way to help us out.
Cons: wifi service is alittle confusing. the have the lobby intermixed with hotel wifi. It's a little confusing.
Location: great restaurants, shops. the freeway is there.
Excellent, Excellent service. we ran into a situation in which the staff helped up greatly. Their assistance was greatly appreciated. Even if it was just that day we stay we will make it back. The staff make staying at Marriott a pleasure. GOOD JOB.

Pros: The staff were extremely friendly. The location was very convienent for the purpose of our trip.
Location: The location has easy access to the interstate and is very close to excellent shopping areas.
Although I had reservations, we had difficulty getting a room at checkin. We finally called a manager who was able to take care of the problem. He also gave us some extra priviledges to make up for the delay. Overall I was very pleased with the service and the hotel.

Clean. Comfortable. Convenient.Posted Aug 26, 2013
Pros: Clean. Comfortable. Convenient. Friendly Staff.
Cons: Only bad thing at this hotel is the outdoor pool location.
Location: The Uptown neighborhood is right next door and is very nice place to spend the day or weekend shopping and dining.
This hotel made for a very pleasant stay in Albuquerque. Considering there was a convention going on during our stay and the staff was very busy, they seemed to make time for all of their guests. I know they did for us. It was a very good weekend. There was one desk clerk that will someday make a great hotel manager because she gets that her job is about customer service. When coming back to Albuquerque we will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Great experience! Disappointed that they didn't offer free Wi-Fi - I think for such a nice hotel it should be included in your room price.

Marriott stayPosted Aug 6, 2013 on Hotels.com
Response to service requests were slow and I had to repeat requests. Did not get the room I wanted. No appropriate room arrangements. Thank goodness only stayed one night.
