It was nice but no indoor pool usage

Pros: the customer service was nice
Cons: having facilities functional that would have been nice.
Location: the location was nice and near things to do
it was nice i was just disappointed that the indoor pool was not functional during m,y stay that was a big reason why i booked the hotel because i had my kids with me so that was not good if i knew that i would have booked a different hotel.

Pros: Location; reasonable rates.
Cons: Rooms are a bit dated, but comfortable.
This is great place to stay if you're new to ABQ.

Amazing experience

I chose this hotel for it's location as well as it being nice, but not extremely nice like that of the Ritz. I wanted something nice in the area, but not something extremely pricey and luxurious. I can undoubtedly say that this was the best hotel experience I have ever had hands-down, in regards to the staff and how I was treated from the minute I walked in to the minute I walked out. They made me dinner reservations, went the extra mile with everything that I requested whether it be going in getting me free bowling passes when I mentioned that I needed the shuttle to go to the bowling alley, which delivered me and my girlfriend to the front door of the bowling alley, and also return to pick me up when I was done. It is little things like that that will have me staying at this property every single time I come back to New Mexico.

Shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Many local attractions within a short driving distance. Pleasant and helpful staff. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Good service in ABQ

Didn't like the room daily Internet charge. Internet should be free for Marriott rewards card holders otherwise everything was good.

first time here & will not book again

Small rooms. No air conditioner. Too hot, couldn't sleep. Could hear people in the hall. No queen beds. Tiolet didn't flush properly. Great customer service and great location.

Amazing view, go out to eat.

We were disappointed no jacuzzi. And the room service overcooked my steak. But the beds were very comfortable and the view of the city was amazing!!
