I want to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at this hotel. I am a frequent traveler, and I’ve stayed at numerous Marriott properties in the past, always usually with a positive experience however, my recent stay was far from satisfactory at check-in. I encountered an issue, where I was unable to get the exact room that I had purchased, and was given a different room without a bathtub which I needed, so I went back and I got a tub room but I annoyingly got a room that was filthy and far from satisfactory from the moment. We completed our check in process and came up to the room. We were assigned after going to a store for a couple of hours getting what we wanted to use and coming back finding out that the room was , very different from the other room to the point where it didn’t even have a fridge, but that was OK. However, I encountered several issues that significantly impacted my stay. Firstly, despite having made a reservation for specifically room, I was informed that the room I booked was not available as I’ve stated this was extremely disappointing, especially considering , the dissipation for a relaxing staycation upon entering the room I was assigned I was shocked by its condition the carpet was so dirty that it turned our feet black, and the overall cleanliness was subpar to say the least. My wife even had to clean the bathtub before we felt comfortable using it the lack of cleanliness standards was appalling. WiFi/tv not working.sent full tosupport
