I want to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at this hotel. I am a frequent traveler, and I’ve stayed at numerous Marriott properties in the past, always usually with a positive experience however, my recent stay was far from satisfactory at check-in. I encountered an issue, where I was unable to get the exact room that I had purchased, and was given a different room without a bathtub which I needed, so I went back and I got a tub room but I annoyingly got a room that was filthy and far from satisfactory from the moment. We completed our check in process and came up to the room. We were assigned after going to a store for a couple of hours getting what we wanted to use and coming back finding out that the room was , very different from the other room to the point where it didn’t even have a fridge, but that was OK. However, I encountered several issues that significantly impacted my stay. Firstly, despite having made a reservation for specifically room, I was informed that the room I booked was not available as I’ve stated this was extremely disappointing, especially considering , the dissipation for a relaxing staycation upon entering the room I was assigned I was shocked by its condition the carpet was so dirty that it turned our feet black, and the overall cleanliness was subpar to say the least. My wife even had to clean the bathtub before we felt comfortable using it the lack of cleanliness standards was appalling. WiFi/tv not working.sent full tosupport

Some of the furniture in the room looked like it belonged in a dorm room it was so beat up. Terrible. Upon check out it was still early so we started taking things downstairs and the maids came in and in the 10 minutes we were out of the room they rolled it!!! They went through everything we didn't take in the first trip down & took an antique tea pot I had boxed up for travel. They threw the packaging on the floor and took the tea pot & an expensive travel mug. I raised so much hell a girl brought it back. The manager did nothing and said they were cleaning the room. They cleaned the room alright! If you stay here don't leave anything in your room even while you're trying to pack up and leave.

The location is next to a major interstate. While the convienence of being so close was nice, the highway noise could be heard all night

The staff was amazing. Room was clean, contemporary and i had an amazing view of the mountains. Workout facility was super and pool seemed quite popular w the families.

the location, 👍 cleanliness 👍, what seems incredible to me is that being a 5 star hotel there is not even a bottle of water in the room, the receptionist told us that it only depends on the type of rooms that are reserved, they were provided with a bottle of water 😳 and that the internet costs 14 dollars per day. My disagreement is that we paid 175 dollars per night, which does not seem cheap to me for not receiving a bottle of water in our room, and regarding the internet, my wife and I travel a lot and in no hotel had we been restricted from water or internet, Never again Marriott Albuquerque, the best highly recommended stay is at the Chaco hotel 👏👍

This hotel needs some updating. Scratched furniture, doors, and cleanliness on wall art was apparent. Not what I am used to for Marriott. Heat/ AC didn’t work properly. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Check in got to the room AC didn’t work got put in another room. AC didn’t work in that one either. everything you do is a charge. I’m surprised I don’t charge you for the AC.
