Nice hotel great location off freeway!Posted May 25, 2015
Walls must be paper thin... Heard everything... All the kids yelling, stomping etc. Every member of the staff we came across was very pleasant. Worth the price!

InexpensivePosted Apr 20, 2015
Pros: The staff was helpful
Cons: Signs that say no kids in the jacuzzi
Location: Sandia casino
Hotel was dated. Jacuzzi was nice until 9 when the water was replenished, then it was cold. Kids jumped in and out of Jacuzzi and splashed water all over the place. The pool was nice for the kids with absentee parents. I wouldn't recommend the pool for relaxation, for kids it was great. For the adults that watch their kids it was okay. For adults with no kids it wasn't so nice.

GOOD LOCATION AND AFFORDABLE.Posted Apr 13, 2015
Pros: Indoor pool for an area that is most of the year cold so outside pools are not always open. Because of inside pool a lot of families stay here.
Cons: Cleaning of the common areas and hallways.
Location: Very easy to get to and easy access to I-25.
Made reservation for a non-smoking room and room assigned smelled a lot of smoke. Also, asked for a room in a quiet area of hotel and room given was in first floor, just beside reception and breakfast area and indoor pool. There was a lot of through traffic in front of our door. After complaining about odor in room, we were assigned a second floor room that was really non-smoking and in a quieter place. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Basic breakfast that can help you get fast in the morning.

Albuquerque - North, Easy Access in & out of townPosted Apr 6, 2015
Pros: The staff, security, and pool/sauna.
Cons: Put a refrigerator and microwave in the rooms. Upgrade the carpeting.
Location: The location was excellent next to I=25. Shopping, dining, and local sights are easily accessed.
There are not a whole lot of hotels/motels adjacent to the Interstates (I-25 and I-40) so this was a major factor to choosing this hotel. It was a little "thread-bare" but clean. There was a single washer/dryer for guests to use...not a problem if using them during the day. The Continental breakfast was definitely lacking...pastries, cereal, and waffles for the most part. The staff was awesome. They were willing to go to some length to help the guests. For example- I sprang my knee hiking on day two of our stay. The on-duty clerk let me use the closed sauna to soak it for a couple of hours...HUGE help to me! The hotel had good security, and a safe in the room. I would recommend it. The down-side is we stayed for a week and a fridge and microwave oven sure would have helped.

Good StayPosted Feb 19, 2015 on Hotels.com
Even though the room could have used a little updating - it was clean as a whistle and large and comfortable. A good stay for the dollar.

TolerablePosted Feb 17, 2015
Pros: The hotel staff were awesome.
Cons: Hotel needs updating. Especially the beds.
Location: Location was good.
The hotel is somewhat old. The room could have been cleaned better. The mattress was the old spring type and sagged to the middle, so it was uncomfortable to sleep in because the inner springs would poke you. The staff were very nice but hotel needs to be updated.
