“Gives us everything we need.”

Because of its proximity to the NM State Fairgrounds, we have stayed in this hotel once or twice a year for the last 13 years. It was under new management this year and seems to be operating much more smoothly. Our room was clean and neat. Wonderful breakfast, wi-fi, minutes from the fairgrounds and wonderful shopping. We will continue to stay there when we go to Albuquerque horse shows.

Lots of privacy in an old Spanish style setting. Safe underground parking. Friendly staff.

We were very happy with our stay. From the time we checked in until we checked out the staff was very helpful. The breakfast was great. Can't wait to return.

“Great Accomadations”

The atmosphere was very relaxing. The beds were extremely comfortable. And the staff was very accomodating. On top of all that you get a delicious hot breakfast. It can't be beat for the extreme value.

“Quiet, inexpensive jewel in Albuquerque with breakfast”

We were attending my son's graduation from UNM and picked a location near his apartment. We were very impressed by the old world charm. The hotel staff was courteous and helpful. Underground free parking was a plus and breakfast in the morning saves much time. We used the indoor pool for exercise. Our four days there was ideal and again inexpensive.

“We would go back”

The hotel is older but the rooms are large and well maintained. We enjoyed the indoor pool and the dining area.

“The only problem was....”

In order to get to your room, you have to go outside, in the cold. It would be nicer to have an enclosed hallway leading to the rooms. But I would stay there again.

“A nice stay”

The hotel lobby is beautiful. The place seemed very empty, it was the Christmas season. The hot breakfast was nice, you could have your eggs made to order. I had the indoor heated pool to myself, very nice, but I had to go outside to get to my room which was cold so I requested they move me to a room that was indoors, which they immediately changed for me. If you plan on using the pool in winter you may also want to request a room inside. It also felt safer at night to have a room inside. The rooms were quite spacious with a living room and tv in both bedroom and living room, small kitchen with fridge, microwave, coffee maker, etc plenty of counter space but no sink. The bathrrom was in the bedroom and there was also a vanity on the other side of the bedroom with a sink (odd place for an extra sink - wish it had been in the kitchen instead...). It's right down the street from all the big malls so that was handy since it was Christmas and I had lots of shopping to do. It's also right off the highway so that made it convenient to get anywhere in town. All in all, it felt like I had a decent apartment for the price of a room. I got much more than I was bargaining for since I really only chose this place based on price and wasn't looking for a suite. The living room was a nice feature when I had a couple people over - they didn't have to see my bedroom with all my personal stuff laying around. Good cable and the free wi-fi internet was awesome.

They have a great breakfast. The suites are nice. We like the indoor swimming for kids. The covered parking is also nice.
