“Bob's Review of Best Western Inn Suites, Albuquerque, NM”

Every time I've flown in to Albuquerque, I've stayed at this hotel. I like the fact that it is so close to the airport, the room is clean and comfortable and the management is friendly and helpful. I'll stay here again.

“Close to the Albuquerque Airport”

The best thing about this motel was its proximity to the ABQ Airport. Relatively clean ... although Bathroom left things to be desired (hair floating about that had not been vacuumed, etc.) Bed was comfortable. Plenty of space. And, very close to the Airport.

“Very Convenient to Airport but Smells Like Cigarette Smoke”

We wanted a room close to the airport and you can't get much closer. We were also lucky to find a room during the week of the balloon fiesta. But we always request a non-smoking room and we were given two rooms (we were with friends) that just reeked of cigarette smoke on the first floor. The lady at the front desk said they always give the first floor rooms to older guests (we're in our 60's). Fortunately, we checked in early enough to change rooms to the 2nd floor and get rooms that didn't stink. They had a standard hotel breakfast and the staff was very helpful, but we probably wouldn't stay again because of the smell.

“Alright for one Night stay”

The hotel was fine. We had a non smoking room but as soon as you stepped out of the room it smelled of smoke. We went downstairs to exercise room (which was combined with the laundromat), and it stunk horribly of smoke. Breakfast was great and the staff was very nice.

“Best Buffet-Comfy Clean Room”

Best Buffet- Comfy Clean Room. Close to the airport if you need that. Outdoor pool and hot tub looked nice. Great deal.

“Great airport location”

I doubt I'd recommend staying at this location if you didn't need the airport access (not much else to do) but if you have an early flight, or late arrival, this is an excellent choice. It's less $$ than the other several hotels in the airport vicinity and is equally as clean and as nice. The staff members are very nice. One note -- the hotel shuttle doesn't start until 5am which for our 5:37am flight (we live in Santa Fe and stay overnight here rather than drive at 3:30am) was, in our estimation, too late. Our friend is about to try this on this coming Monday to see if it works out. If you have a boarding pass already, note that security doesn't open until 4:30am and our experience at that time was that it was completely empty. The 5am shuttle should reach the airport at 5:05, if that works for you. Other hotels in the same area have the same 5am shuttle start time so it's no better/worse. I'd guess you'd make it, and the hotel staff said "we've never had someone miss a flight yet", (on the other hand, would they know?). We will stay again if we have an early flight.

“Wonderful staff and stay - time after time!”

We have been staying here for years and many times a year for the past 2 1/2 years. Consistently the staff and facility far exceeds our expectations. Thank you Grace, Stephanie, Chooey (Jesus), Tim, etc - you all feel like family to us. :0)

“Nice surprise”

The room with a King size bed was nice to have after a hard day of travel, the room was chilled so that we could take a nap, before dinner. We knew that this hotel was withing waking distance to a Village Inn Restaurant, however we were surprised to have a walk way lined with petrified wood of all sizes, which made the walk more enjoyable.

“not impressed”

there was no elevator we had to carrie our bags up to are room. The hot tub had been refinished poorly. and all the jets did not work.
