We arrived around 13:00, although the check time is supposed to be 16:00, they were helpful and checked us in also upgraded us to Presidential Suite....We had a wonderful experience staying there.....it turned out we extended our stay for another 3 nights.....

Rom was very nice. Quiet, clean, comfortable. Small fridge held water, soda, etc. Directions to nearby restaurants excellent. Support--computer printer access very good

“Will go there again!”

The hotel and amenities are very good. The staff is extremely friendly. Despite being close to the airport, one does not hear any aircraft noise at all. Breakfast was satisfactory as well, if one stays only one or two nights. It would be nice, if they would change it up once in a while. The beds are very comfortable with very thick, pillow -top mattresses. However, and this is my only "complaint", the fitted sheets do not fit the mattresses. The hotel needs to invest in some deep-pocket sheets so that they will actually stay on the mattress and not move up and barely hold on to the pillow-top part of the mattress. Other than that, I can highly recommend this hotel and will go back there on my next stay in Albuquerque.

My review title sums-up my satisfaction, as I can think of no better endorsement. While the self-service laundry is much too small for a hotel of such size, that really is my only complaint. Service was excellent, room was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. Also, it's very close to the airport.

“Excellent value”

The hotel is convenient to the airport, a large clean room nicely decorated, and with a fridge, etc. a free shuttle every 1/2 hour to the airport, and pick up with a call, AND you can leave your car there. This is where I will be staying in the future when I fly out of ABQ. Not to mention the breakfast and friendly service both morning and night.

We found the Best Western in Albuquerque to be a delightful place to spend the last two days of our vacation. The staff were friendly, the beds were very comfortable with spotless linens. The breakfast was tasty with many food choices. I would definitely recommend it to others.
