Christmas evePosted Dec 26, 2014
Cons: Light in the shower was burnt out.
Location: We visited Old Town for the Christmas Eve lights.

Beautifully restored Victorian, walk to downtown.Posted Dec 14, 2014
Pros: We loved the feeling of being in a home, not a hotel.
Location: Easy walk to restaurants and venues downtown yet in a quiet neighborhood.
Although we only live an hour away, we stayed a night here to go to a concert at the Kiva Auditorium in the convention center. They have a lovely ground floor room with a privacy fenced courtyard and private entrance for guests with dogs. We stayed in this room with our German Shepherd. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were soft and smelled great. They even had extra dog beds and bowls. Our hostess kindly accommodated our early departure by making us a continental breakfast that she left in our mini fridge. This beautifully restored Victorian home is conveniently located a short walk from all of the downtown restaurants, music venues and night clubs. If you plan to bring your dog, call and let them know, as they only allow dogs in the one room. We will stay here again for another concert or for an early flight out of Albuquerque.

Lovely old B&B in a neighborhood.Posted Nov 17, 2014
We walked to several great restaurants and Old Town and rented bicycles to tour Albuquerque - a great experience. The B&B rooms are spacious and very nicely decorated, breakfast was delicious. We felt very pampered and will be back again!

My Mauger Estate StayPosted Sep 28, 2014
Beautiful B & B. The only negative was that the owners were rarely present. Therefore it was not easy to ask questions, directions etc..Breakfasts were very good and the room was very clean.

Comfortable B&B not far from Old TownPosted Sep 9, 2014
Pros: Easy access, quiet, comfortable
Cons: Can't think of anything
I arrived earlier than I planned, but there was a note and key waiting for me. The room was lovely, quiet, unique and comfortable. Great atmosphere, with Victorian design and old furniture. It's about a mile and a half walk to Old Town. A great cafe for lunch/dinner nearby--just a few blocks away. Breakfast was simple and delicious. I sat out on the porch and ate.

Phenomenal B&B in AlbuquerquePosted Aug 26, 2014 on Hotels.com
The Mauger Estate was, by far, the highlight of our trip to Albuquerque! From the moment we stepped into the front door, it was like going back in time. Our room was absolutely beautiful, clean and spotless, and it also had a mini-fridge and a coffee maker. We had plenty of space to move around freely, and we also had a door that went right onto the front porch, where we sat and had breakfast and coffee in the morning. The breakfast was out...of...this...world! On our first day of breakfast there was a main dish of spinach quiche with link sausages, along with a plethora of freshly made scones, muffins, croissants, fresh fruit, yogurt, homemade granola, juice, cereal and milk, and lots of wonderful coffee. Each day for breakfast there was a different main dish with a side, along with all the other wonderful choices. Tammy is an amazing cook! Then for an afternoon treat, there were plenty of freshly baked cookies and muffins. In the evening, Tammy would put out cheese and crackers along with red and white wine. Our time at the Mauger Estate was one we will always remember and cherish. The city of Albuquerque is beautiful and Tammy has a spectacular B&B in a great location. If you are ever in Albuquerque, the Mauger Estate is THE place to stay.

Great B & B near Old TownPosted Aug 14, 2014 on Hotels.com
We stayed one night before our flight back East. We loved our room on the first floor with its own entrance from the parking lot. The room was comfortable and clean. Common areas including front porch were inviting. We enjoyed the wine and cheese late afternoon and breakfast was delicious! We would definitely go back if we return to Albuquerque!
