I was in room 217 which was connected to the pool atrium which I didn’t ask for. The ambient temperature in the room was 85 degrees even after running the air conditioner for 3 hours. The hotel was fully booked and has not given me a refund. I have a feeling this is an ongoing issue and the risk of getting an uninhabitable room is too high to book here. Stay away.

We had a couple of live roaches in the room with us. But, when I left my phone charger, the staff was most accommodating to help me get it back.

When we checked in and were in the elevator, a housekeeper was rude. She should leave her problems at home. While going to our room there was a very strong odor of bleach (clorox).

I have stayed here a few times and every time the same guy checked me in. I wish I could remember his name because he has always been great! The first impression should always be a good one and he definitely does that. The rooms have always been clean and I enjoy the breakfast in the morning. The 1 time I was able to use the hot tub, I enjoyed it but didn’t go in the pool because it needed a little cleaning, but I keep mine extremely clean so I’m a bit picky about this. There were a l vagrant hanging around the outside of the property but otherwise it was pretty clean. I will continue to stay when I visit Albuquerque because my overall stay was very good

The interior of the property is in poor condition. There is definitely a lack of preventative maintenance. The rooms had mold in the bathrooms, paint beat up, furniture and fixtures in poor condition. Non operating printer for the guests. Breakfast was passable. Stairwell doors didn’t operate properly. Was stunned to find that the stairwell doors were not fire rated.

Very nice and pet friendly! The room was clean and comfortable! My only issue was there is a ton of “goat head” stickers in the sand so I was constantly picking them out of my puppers pads after taking them to the bathroom. I didn’t see any particular “pet safe” area that might be free from these. I know this is not something the hotel can control much. Over all I was very happy with the accommodations!

Dining area was nice but breakfast options were limited, especially gluten free choices. Staff were nice, including on the phone as we called to plan the stay. Parking was tight when we arrived around 9 pm - made it a chore to park in the back, then come in the side door with our stuff, but at least the room was near the side door. Room was smaller than I expected for a “suite” - but the king bed was nice and comfy for us and our dog. Room furniture e.g. coffee table was chipped. Shower was adequate, could use an upgrade. $15 add on pet charge seemed reasonable. In all: Good value for pet friendly and reliable brand near the airport.

We were very pleased with the room we stayed in. Enough space for us and all of our stuff we brought with us. Bed was comfortable. Had a chair and an ottoman as well as a desk and chair with it. The only thing I would have a suggestion about is having non-skid pads or a mat in the tub. The breakfast was adequate for our needs and wants. All in all we would definitely stay here again.

the whole area near the Airport is sketchy. So it's nobody's fault, but there is a feeling of insecurity in the vicinity. But the staff did their best the make the experience as nice as possible.

Good Stay
Our stay was good. We had all the items we needed for a comfortable stay. The room was large and it was clean. It was a bit outdated. Our room was right above the hotel doors. The noise was so loud at times. The area was close to everything. It was quiet considering we were by the airport. The hotel felt safe.
