“Can't wait to return”

The hotel was great, the breakfast is very nice, from making your own waffels to just having a couple of boiled eggs. The location is perfect, it's right off the interstate but not close enough to where you hear all the noise. The fact that they allow pets and have a pet run area makes it that much better. For the price, the hotel is great.

Stayed here one night for a conference. Quiet room, friendly and helpful staff, nice variety for complimentary continental breakfast. Would gladly stay here again. Just wish there were more places to eat nearby (Burger King is right next to parking lot, and Carl's Jr. and Subway are a short drive away, though)

“Nice hotel in a great location”

We stayed at this hotel over the Christmas weekend. We chose the hotel for location (my son lives nearby) and for the price - very reasonable. We were very pleased with our stay. There were some minor glitches but they were taken care of immediately. We were upgraded to a suite and it had brand new furniture. The bed was very comfortable. As a former Albuquerque resident I know it's very near the Balloon Fiesta Park. There are lots of restaurants within a 5 mile radius - on San Mateo Blvd.

“Clean and quiet enough”

The location is a little awkward as the hotel is basically in an alleyway befhind a gas station and hamburger chain but the hotel itself was fine. The room and property were clean and the desk clerk was very helpful. There was a little bit of ambient noise from the hallways and the neighboring rooms but not to an unbearable level. Most of the other guests appeared to be traveling retirees so it felt relatively safe and we had a pleasant stay. The hotel is convenient to the balloon park but is a little further north from some of the other tourist attractions.

“NOT IMPRESSED”

THE TOWELS WERE STAINED AND LOOKED DIRTY, BOTH DAYS I WAS THERE, THE ROOM SMELLED FUNNY WHEN I FIRST WALKED IN, THERE APPEARED TO BE A RAT OR SQUIREL LIVING IN THE COUCH AS THERE WAS A PILE OF PISTATIO SHELLS AT THE EDGE OF THE COUCH THAT THE MAIDS DIDN'T SEEM TO WANT TO TOUCH. THE DUVET ON THE BED WAS STAINED AND THERE WAS A HIGH PITCHED BEEPING ALARM THAT WENT OFF BOTH MORNINGS AT 3:30 AM, LIKE SOMEONES WATCH STUCK IN THE SOFA. THIS HOTEL IS EXTREMELY HARD TO GET TO AND THE ADDRESS DOES NOT REFLECT THE ACTUAL STREET IT FRONTS. NOT A GOOD PLACE TO STAY.

“Unhappy with motel”

The first night we walked into a flooded room and had to be moved. Then, the pool/spa never did work the entire time we were there which is one reason we had booked there so we could swim with our grandchildren. The thermostat to the heater in our room was very hard to regulate. One minute you froze the next you roasted. Overall we were very disappointed and will not be coming back to this establishment again.
