I booked a 2 queen suite 10 days before my stay for a softball tournament, I arrived and was given a kind bed with a couch turning into a bed, Courtyard Marriott said that Expedia overbooks and I was not given the room I reserved, almost costing 320 dollars

For what I paid, I expected much more than chipping paint, peeling wall paper, and ripped carpet. Incredibly disappointed with my stay.

This has been our go-to place when staying in Albuquerque from Santa Fe. Clean. Tasteful decor in the room. No free breakfast, but the food is good, at airport prices. The front elevator could use some attention to inside appearance.

Foyer was beautiful, but that was it! Room was run down, sink and shower did not drain, we were freezing, one thin blanket and no comforter on the bed, pull out very dirty and extremely uncomfortable, no soap in foyer restroom, room soap drying and cheap, bedding not in room ready to go for sleeper sofa, king/sofa sleeper room was tiny-not even floor space for three pieces of luggage.

It was a good location. Bathroom was a little oudated. The wing of the hotel where we stayed was SUPER noise. They had a bunch of teenagers running around slamming and knocking on doors. Not great.

Paid for a King room, was told by the front desk that I paid Expedia for a King room and then Expedia booked a lesser room.....so in other words, Expedia cheated us. Someone....either Expedia or the hotel, cheated us.

I was worried about some of the reviews, but it was like i was at a different hotel. Shuttle runs to the airport every 30 minutes early in the morning which was super convenient. Room was very spacious and comfortable.

Your staff stole my bags that were left and tried to cover it up by saying they gave my bags to the police until I called and they had to come clean. 600$ worth of vitamins and weed gone.
