Bathroom floor very dirty and staff didn't care.

Pros: Beds were comfortable.
Cons: We have stayed at this hotel a number of times, and never had such uncaring, unprofessional front desk staff as we found on this trip.
Location: Location was nearby to a number of good restaurants, and was easy access to the freeway.
After a long day of driving, I stepped barefoot into the bathroom to wash up. I immediately stepped into a sticky, dirty floor. I grabbed a washcloth to clean my feet. The washcloth was black when I finished. After dinner, I let the hotel staff at the front desk know how filthy the floor was. His reply was "I'll let the house keeping know about it tomorrow morning". We had to leave early the next morning, so we had to take showers in the mess. Also, that night, before 10 pm, the staff said they were busy "helping other customers" when we called. When we called back, no one answered. . We walked down to the front desk, where there was one staff doing nothing, and finally put in our request for a wake up call.

Great hotel

Rooms were clean and had extra pillows and blankets in the room! Staff was friendly. In a great location! Highly recommend!!

Still a disappointment

Though we had previously had good experiences here, this Courtyard is now quite disappointing. Last year, we were here shortly after the hotel made changes to the restaurant, making it into a Starbucks with other food, as well as doing some renovations. The service then was slow and disorganized. They've now had a year to figure it out and if anything, the service has fallen. The room renovations are okay, but don't EVER be in a hurry and hope you can get something as simple as a coffee quickly. And though this might sound trivial, because of the location of this Courtyard and the lack if surrounding alternatives, it's actually important. We come to ABQ twice a year and we probably won't stay here again.

Dirty room

Cons: Clean!!!
Had to clean a dead cockroach out of the tub, bathroom floor dirty, dirty under the beds, just dirty room...disappointing.....

When I booked with Hotel.com breakfast was included but I had to prove to the front desk with my confirmation email because they said hotels.com does not notify them. Better communication on that would help.

Pros: Very nice, staff was very nice and the food was good.
Cons: No storms
The was a sand storm while here and we were only staying one night so we missed all we were going to do.

Great Room

We stayed for one night but all our accomodations were Great. We had access to the exercise room, pool and I enjoyed the courtyard at this time of the year.....calm and peaceful.
